Used for private transfers Rome/Florence, Florence/Sirmione, Sirmione/Venice, Castellina in Chianti/Rome. Very professional in every way. Reasonably priced compared to others. Quick, clear and thorough communication during booking process and afterwards. Confirming email received the night prior to each transfer. Drivers were on time, polite, well-dressed. Cars were late model and immaculate. Hope to use their services again.

I had two transfers while I was in Italy and both of these were absolutely perfect! Because of some winding roads in Tuscany, I got a little motion sickness and the driver was so wonderful. He let me sit up front checked on me often and was so kind! I highly recommend Italy transfer service! They were also on time offered us water and were very professional! Will be using again!

I found Italy Private Transfers online while planning our trip to Italy, and I’m so glad I did. We needed both tours and transfers between cities, and Dion arranged three separate tours from three Italian cities, along with three intercity transfers.
His communication in English was excellent, and he kept us informed every step of the way. Like clockwork, he sent a reminder email before each tour or transfer so we could confirm the details. The evening before, he followed up with the driver’s name and WhatsApp number, making it easy to get in touch.
All the drivers were punctual and professional, and their vehicles were modern and comfortable. Some even shared the history of places we passed along the way, a welcome bonus that wasn’t part of the booked service.

Dion our booking rep was extremely prompt in responding to messages and arranged an outstanding driver for our transfer from Taormina, Sicily to Tropea, Calabria by way of Savoca. Not only was Alessandro (our driver) an outstanding driver (extremely safe and knowledgeable about the area) he was personable and extremely knowledgeable about the many questions we asked. Super-professional. We used them to take us from Siena, after the Palio, to the Florence airport. Streets were partially closed down, but the driver made the extra effort to figure out how to get to our apartment instead of us needing to meet him at a pickup spot several blocks away.
