After checking with the courier, the tracking shows that a delivery attempt was made on the 6th, but the parcel could not be successfully delivered. According to the courier’s feedback, this can happen if the delivery details (such as address or phone number) are incomplete or incorrect, or if the courier was unable to make contact at the time of delivery. We understand that you were at home, and unfortunately these situations can still occur due to local courier handling issues.
We have already sent you a private message with the local tracking number and contact details for the courier (IMILE), who can assist with inspection and arranging redelivery as soon as possible. In many cases, the parcel is held at a local facility and can be quickly released once contact is made.
Please rest assured that we are not ignoring this matter. If the parcel cannot be successfully delivered after these steps, we will of course work with you on an appropriate solution.

ci dispiace molto per la preoccupazione causata dall’attesa e comprendiamo pienamente i suoi dubbi.
Desideriamo chiarire che, dopo aver verificato con il corriere, il suo ordine risulta consegnato in data 07/02/2026. Le abbiamo già inviato un messaggio privato con tutti i dettagli, incluso il numero di tracciamento locale, per aiutarla a rintracciare il pacco.
A volte i corrieri possono lasciare il pacco nella cassetta postale, presso un vicino oppure in un punto di ritiro locale. Per questo motivo le abbiamo anche suggerito di contattare direttamente il corriere o l’ufficio postale locale fornendo il numero di spedizione, così da ottenere un riscontro più immediato.
La rassicuriamo che operiamo sempre in buona fede e che il nostro obiettivo è assisterla fino alla completa risoluzione della situazione. Se dopo aver effettuato le verifiche il pacco non fosse ancora rintracciabile, la invitiamo a risponderci direttamente: saremo lieti di aiutarla ulteriormente.

Ho conosciuto It Buddhastoneshop tramite un’amica su Instagram ed è stata una bella scoperta. Ho fatto un ordine e nel complesso l’esperienza è stata molto positiva: la spedizione è arrivata nei tempi indicati dal sito.
Alcuni articoli purtroppo non erano della taglia giusta, ma ho contattato il servizio clienti e sono stati davvero gentili, chiari e disponibili nel spiegarmi come fare il reso/sostituzione. Tutto è stato gestito in modo semplice e professionale.

Unfortunately my order didn’t arrive for Christmas. However, the company apologised but I remained sceptical. Today the jewellery arrived and I have to say I am delighted by their quality and the way they have been packed. If only they had arrived in time the star rating would have been 5.

Il prodotto è arrivato nei tempi indicati. Conforme a quanto indicato nel sito. Buon cotone, spesso il giusto ma morbido. Un bel colore rosso come da foto.
Ho avuto una difficoltà perché avevo ordinato una taglia sbagliata (errore mio) e l'assistenza si è subito attiva risolvendo il problema con mia piena soddisfazione.
