Dear customer,
Thank you for your feedback.
We would like to clarify that the obsidian used in our products is natural stone, not plastic. Natural obsidian can sometimes have a very smooth and glossy surface, which may give a similar appearance, but it is a genuine volcanic glass.
As with all natural materials, slight variations in texture, weight, and appearance are normal.
If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us directly and we’ll be happy to assist further.
Kind regards,
Customer Support Team

Davvero trattamento top! Consigliatissimo! Unica accortezza fidatevi delle taglia L/XL ETC senza badare al numero europeo corrispondente es.42-44-46 perché queste talvolta traggono in inganno.
Sicuramente farò altri acquisti!

A nice selection of Asian clothing and buddhist items. Satisfied with my purchase. Price on the high side for some pieces but shipping is free and you can have two items for the price of one with their discount codes, so I guess this is their marketing approach.

In ritardo e scorretti.

Dear customer,
We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it must be not to have received your package.
After checking with the carrier, we found that the delivery attempt was unsuccessful and the parcel is currently being returned to the carrier’s local warehouse. This situation was caused by the delivery process rather than an issue with the shipment itself.
Our team has already contacted you privately and we are monitoring the situation closely. Once the parcel is processed by the carrier, we will arrange the next step as soon as possible, including redelivery if available.
Please rest assured that we have not ignored your order and we are committed to resolving this matter for you. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact our support team and we will be happy to assist.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Consigliatissimo.

The perfect phurba.
I had been looking for an inspiring little phurba so long time, that I lost any hope to find it. Suddenly I saw it on Buddhastoneshop. Emaho! Just the perfect object: nine pronged vajra and phurba. And when I received it and I touched it, I felt protected. I pay respect to the compassionate artisan who made it and imbued it with his intentions. May his hands be blessed! Thank you so much, dear Team of Buddhastoneshop and Tashi Delek with my heartfelt Losar Greetings.

Buon servizio ma si può migliorare
Ho acquistato 3 braccialetti.
