I had another item which wasn't such a good fit and the company have been brilliant and very patient with me whilst sorting it out - Many Thanks!

My sister bought me some harem pants from this store for my birthday, they arrived in time and were well packaged.
The material was beautiful but unfortunately they were too small..I contacted the store and they were very helpful and offered me an exchange without hesitation. They also said that I need not send the originals back! So I have gifted them to charity which feels a very ethical thing to do on behalf of Buddha Stones.
I would certainly buy from this company again based on my experience.

Great quality products, beautiful colours and design
The harem pants are beautiful, exactly as show online, the sizing was a little too generous and so I have had to exchange but the customer service was very fast and personal and this was easy. The necklace is great quality, fantastic earthy colours.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. I brought a jade ring, which i was really pleased with but it fell off my hand, on the second day. When I told them this, they very kindly sent me out another smaller version to replace it, with just me covering postage and packaging again. Really lovely gesture as it was purely my fault.

Dreadful company! Avoid at all costs!!
Dreadful company.
Total failure to meet their own shipping times, they delayed my shipping estimate THREE times.
This is my second order with them, both orders were severely delayed and I had to chase them MANY times to receive basic information about my order/shipping.
Sizing of clothing is wildly inaccurate.
Quality of clothing is also very poor, nothing like how it looks in the pictures on the website.
I got tired of the massive shipping delays and requested cancellation and refund, at this point they stop responding to emails; but are suddenly very quick to respond when you leave them a negative review on Trustpilot.
This is a rogue, rip-off company posing as love and light, pseudo-spiritual. Avoid at all costs.
If I could give minus stars, this would be a minus ten review.
They will take your money and not process your order for WEEKS. Had to get Paypal to step in and refund me.

Existing poor review for trousers ordered on 22 March, arriving on 11April. Poor quality and fit. Now I have emailed three times since the delivery of order number Order No. #UKBS70851 but still no reply to my emails. I simply want to know where to send them back to but that information is not forthcoming, I do not want to do business with the company and the only way I can get a reply is to use Trustpilot.

Avoid at all cost, poor quality and issues with returns
Do not use this company. I ordered 3 dresses in a larger size than I would normally, they are all still too small and of very poor quality.
When I asked to return I was initially fobbed off with offers of replacement and the like. Then I was told it was not a free return as advertised and surprise surprise they are to go back to China!!!

The quality of the items that I ordered is ok, they do not feel top quality, but they are good enough. They took a long time to arrive, but they say that at the time of booking (5 to 10 days). I had problems with the size of a bracelet and they have been very attentive and kind and they are going to send another one over.

Disappointing and not as advertised
Trouser ordered on arrival look completely different to ad, very poor quality, different colour and finish and most definitely not XL as ordered.
Very disappointed as they looked lovely on the website but the reality was nothing like it.

I love the clothes I have received from…
I love the clothes I have received from Buddhastones. Beautiful corduroy trousers, very well made, really warm, fleecy lined. I also love the checked dress - so flattering and easy to wear and great colours. Also well made. Both items have been admired.
Only downside is problems in returning/exchanging my third item, another pair of trousers which are the wrong size and colour. I just want to swap them for a different pair but so far it's impossible. Please make it easier, Buddhastones, because I love your clothes but when buying online it must be made easy to exchange when things aren't right.
