Ich hatte per Mail Kontakt mit dem Support Herrn Sam Copsey, einen sehr netten und Kompetenten Mann. Er hat mir immer sofort weitergeholfen!! Da ich schon ein Tor per Ismartegate pro nutze und sehr zufrieden bin, weil es einfach perfekt funktioniert, wollte ich wissen wie ich noch zwei weitere Tore einbinden kann. Mir wurde umgehend geantwortet und eine für mich passende Lösung empfohlen. Ich bin total begeistert über so viel Hilfsbereitschaft und möchte mich noch einmal herzlich bedanken! Ich kann das Ismartgate zu 100 % weiter empfehlen!

Great Product, great customer service!
iSmartgate is a really great product. It works on your iphone, with Homekit, with remote access, with LAN access and integrates to home assistant easily.
The open/close sensor contains a very accurate temperature sensor which works in extreme cold and hot as well (tested both). Best of all the current battery charge is 80% after 3.5 years. The company didn't skimp on quality batteries, it has 2 x LR1 batteries which is a nice overkill.
Yesterday I had some technical difficulties with the HomeKit integration. I sent an email and got an exhaustive response within 12 hours. All problems are solved.
Highly recommended!

Great aftermarket support
Actual iIsmartgate gate unit has been working seamlessly for close to two years. An issue with the power unit was determined. Response was immediate and replacement was swiftly organised.

great product and wonderful customer service
I've used the iSmartGate product to enable my garage door for Apple Homekit and this has worked fine for the last 5 years. Today I had an issue with the sensor (detecting door to be open or closed) and contacted the iSmartGate team, who provided me quickly with accurate instructions to resolve the issue. All is working fine again now!

Smart og enkel portåbner og super kundeservice!
Først og fremmest er ismartgate en super smart og enkel portåbner til en fair pris. Jeg har haft min i 4-5 år og den fungerer stadig upåklageligt.
For nylig var jeg nød til at re-sette den, men havde ikke længere QR koden, så skrev til kundeservice efter jeg ikke kunne komme længere i processen ved hjælp af tutorials. Skrev til kundeservice og Sam fandt hurtigt ud af hvordan jeg kunne vinkle den og nu kører alt upåklageligt igen :-)

iSmartGate Pro acheté sur ManoMano. J’ai rencontré un problème de pile avec le capteur. Après contact avec le SAV du fabricant et quelques tests demandés, le capteur a été identifié comme défectueux et échangé rapidement, sans complication et sans passer par ManoMano. Très bonne prise en charge et service efficace.

A great product and excellent technical support.
I bought the iSmartGate for my garage door and didn't know how to install it. I sent photos of the garage door motor and they quickly sent me the electronic configuration for installing it with my door. Thank you so much for your help. It's a fantastic product. It works wonderfully with the mobile app. Now I can open and close the garage door remotely from anywhere using my phone. It also shows me the door's status and sends a notification every time it opens or closes. It's perfect. Thank you.
