This site seems a scam (received package after a month)

This site seems a scam, I've made q purchase on November 26, and they didn't sent me any information about the tracking.
After requesting they replied to me with a link for tracking and the item had been in customs in Spain since 12 of December. Until today 26 of December (1 month later) I didn't receive my package and when I try to reach out to them to see if I could do anything, they stop repply to my emails only 1 repply which seems and automatic repply with the link and the tracking link is not working anymore. Very sad that this was a scam and didn't received the order. Order #1019851001-A

[On 04/01/2022] After a month I received the package at my address.
The only issue I can appoint is that they should reply to the emails and not after 6 emails sent asking and posting here. And also give precise information regarding the shipment and not an automated reply.

The bracelets are beautiful but the delivery and after sale service its not the best.

Leider ein totaler Reinfall

Leider ein totaler Reinfall! Kann ich euch überhaupt nicht empfehlen da zu bestellen. Da es ein Weihnachtsgeschenk war habe ich früh genug am 30. November bestellt. Erst nachdem ich nachfragte bekam ich mal eine Sendungsnummer… dann tat sich nicht mehr viel.. am 22. Dezember hieß es dann Paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden.. da man dazu im Internet nichts finden welcher Paketdienstleister liefert, wusste ich nicht ob sie eine erneute Zustellung versuchen.. auf meine Mail wurde dann geantwortet ich soll bei der DHL Hotline anrufen oder bei den umliegenden Poststellen vorbeifahren. Dann bin ich die ganze Stadt abgefahren und habe in jedem Postgeschäft gefragt, bis ich endlich bei der Hotline durchkam und man mir sagte, dass das Paket Deutschland schon wieder verlassen hat und man nie versucht habe bei mir zuzustellen sondern bei DHL für Retoure. Vorallem finde ich es eine Frechheit mir zu schreiben, ich soll bei DHL nachfragen wo mein Paket ist, das kann man doch nicht von seinen Kunden verlangen. Ob ich jetzt noch extra 7/8€ Zoll hätte bezahlen müssen, kann ich nun nicht sagen. Kann euch nur raten, lasst bloß die Finger davon! Ich bin richtig sauer und enttäuscht

After reviewing your order thoroughly, you were asked to reach out to DHL because delivery was attempted the same day we reached out to you. Delivery failure usually means no one was available to receive the parcel or it didn't fit on your mailbox.

We certainly understand that this was an inconvenience and you definitely didn't have to drive around the city to look for the parcel, a quick call to DHL with your tracking number would've sufficed to find out where the package was and see if you could pick it up.

Lasciate perdere... Non acquistate nulla!!!

Ho fatto un acquisto ad ottobre. Domani è Natale e non l'ho ancora ricevuto. Io davvero non so cosa dire, oltre al fatto che è veramente vergognoso che non specifichino chiaramente che gli ordini vengono spediti dal loro magazzino che si trova fuori UE, per cui tutti i pacchetti vengono bloccati in dogana, sottoposti a controllo e bisogna anche pagare il costo dei dazi. Ecco, questo magari potrebbero dirlo chiaramente, così noi acquirenti italiani mettiamo in conto che non sono pochi giorni per ricevere il prodotto acquistato, ma possono volerci mesi interi, quanti non si sa... Io aspetto ormai da due mesi, e del pacchetto nemmeno l'ombra. Chiederò l'annullamento dell'ordine ed il rimborso.

De bestelling was wel snel geleverd….

De bestelling was heel snel geleverd. Terug sturen is helemaal niet snel.
Diverepse mails gestuurd zonder antwoord uiteindelijk komt er een antwoord in het Engels dat pakketje onderweg is. Daar vraag ik niet om.
Uiteindelijk een keer een mail wat opties zijn tot retour sturen, antwoord ik en weer geen reactie
Op envelop stond retouadres dus daar maar heen verzonden met track and trace en weer mail gestuurd. Gelukkig betaald met klarna en betaling gestorneerd.
Tot op heden geen reactie.
Heel jammer dit, het is een leuke site maar retourneren…… heel jammer

Fantastic!

The delivery took quite long, much longer than expected but when I wrote an email they responded directly, I got a tracking number and when it finally arrived everything was perfect and they also sent me an extra bracelet!

Ordine, regali di Natale, eseguito il 30/11 vedendo consegna in 1-7 giorni lavorativi sull'Europa ero molto fiduciosa...invece ordine arrivato alle poste Olandesi appena il 14/12 ed ancora bloccato li...il servizio clienti non risponde più alle mie email ed oramai è palese che non riceverò in tempo il pacco. Soldi buttati e servizio clienti pessimo! servizio di spedizione altrettanto PESSIMO in quanto assolutamente non rispettati i tempi che indicano sul sito. MAI PIU'!!!

Delayed shipping but beautiful jewelry

On the 30th of November, I ordered some jewelry from this shop. After 10 business days I send an E-Mail to the customer service and they replied pretty quickly! I received my package a day later and the items are absolutely beautiful! If you want to order some items you should be prepared for a longer waiting time due to COVID-19 measurements, but it is worth it!!

When will I recieve my order??

I live in Denmark and have not yet recieved my order. I see 2 other people from Denmark here on Trustpilot, who just like me, have NOT recieved their order, even though it is way overdue.
So, I would like to know when I will recieve my order no. 1023821001-A??
It was shipped 27/11, est. delivery in 1-10 days. That means latest 7/12. It is now 2 WEEKS past that day👎

Mijn bestelling is snel geleverd

Mijn bestelling is snel geleverd, maar helaas heb ik iets anders ontvangen dan wat ik besteld heb.
Toen ik een mailtje stuurde hierover kreeg ik te horen dat mijn bestelling onderweg is en dat deze geleverd word, maar dat was niet mijn probleem. Dus nog een mail gestuurd dat de bestelling wel al bezorgd was, maar niet de juiste items bevatte en welke ik wel had besteld, met de vraag hoe dit om te ruilen.
Hier heb ik nog geen reactie op ontvangen. Ik vrees het ergste als ik onderstaande reviews lees. Het waren geen goedkope sieraden maar of het ook echt naar het planten van bomen gaat is nu ook maar de vraag. Jammer dat zo'n bedrijf de geloofwaardigheid van echte goede initiatieven omlaag haalt :(

I got the charcoal soulmates bracelets…

I got the charcoal soulmates bracelets pack and I loved it. I especially loved how it wasn't thick; it was a thin and simple bracelet. It's very comfortable to wear. Aside from that, the support team was very helpful and accommodating to its customers.

Wonderfully friendly & fast service! My parcel arrived empty in South Africa and upon mentioning it to Isla Ida they immediately mailed me another parcel with a free bracelet inside! They are stunning and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely order from them again.
