Terrible quality. Not true to length and after first wash the wig basically was trashed. The frontal shed so much there were balding spots on the sides and I had to keep timing the lace to keep up. The hair broke off and shed like crazy. Over processed, low quality hair.

First things first, I’m MAD AS A MF!!! I ordered this wig February 6th, and it took them LITERALLY almost 3 weeks after that to get my order here. I stayed on them, because I’m paying by installments and there was just no way in HELL they were going to fk me over like that. Anywho, after the first wash, I immediately noticed the shedding and tangling, especially from the frontal… ok, a week it’ll two later, washed a second time. I use only high quality hair care products, so I know it’s not my products. They don’t tell you that they’re coating the hair in silicone and other chemicals that wear off like a relaxer. They give the influencers different quality than they do regular people. I called them out for it and the Jessie person didn’t answer any of my questions, but tried to use a coupon and a refund to talk me down. If you are paying in installments or even the full amount, stand up to them! Money does not grow on trees! Do not give them money that they don’t deserve… Invest in raw hair, because the hair that’s “virgin” is not virgin. They’re processing our hair! I’ve ordered from this company thinking I’d get good quality, it was my first time and I had a nerve to make a review about them when it got here…

Horrible customer service! Did not receive the correct order tried returning the item no response for a month! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

My experience with Iseehair has been nothing short of disastrous:

1. It's a blatant scam - avoid at all costs.

2. Frauds through and through, don't fall victim to their deceitful practices.

3. Stay far away from Iseehair. The reviews aren’t legit. They delete all negative comments or the whole instagram post then post it later. Those influencers advertising their products be testing them out of the box then switching to other wigs. DO NOT RELY ON THAT!!

4. Shockingly, the hair balds within a couple of days, raising serious concerns about their product quality.

5. The wig was uneven from the go with one side fuller than the other. Excessive shedding, contrary to their reassurances, persists without cessation, indicating a significant flaw in their products.

6. The after-sale support, particularly the contact person Jessie, proved to be disappointingly patronizing. Suggestions to watch influencer videos for care felt like a futile attempt to divert from their lack of quality. As a seasoned hair stylist, I can attest that good quality hair requires minimal effort and lasts for years - something Iseehair clearly lacks!

I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of Iseehair and spare themselves the frustration and disappointment associated with these fraudulent practices. Trust me, your hard earn money is not worth this crap. I paid with Afterpay and it still hurt just to see payment go through when the wig is balding balding. I’ve never experienced such thing! It’s a f*ing joke!!

Don’t expect any accountability on their end. The legit don’t care about feedback. They just go on to their next victim. What a waste of money!

so this is an update on my previous iseehair review. I reached out to them on IG. They were able to get me a tracking number and said they had sent confirmation email to me. I double checked my inbox, spam, all mail, junk, trash, nothing. They sent a screen shot showing they sent it to me, but i didn’t receive it. They eventually sent it to me again with my tracking number. Finally Kate replied me and sent me my tracking number too. able to track my item and it’s in London. Would give more update when the hair finally comes

Stay away! I ordered my mother a wig beginning of sept! Her b day was 10/24, on 10/9 I req a refund cause it still hadn’t ship and they were not responding! I contacted my bank and they contacted isee, the hsir all of sudden shipped the next day! Fast forward, I received on 10/15. My mom gets it on her b day and immediately says , this isn’t 14 inch! It’s more like 10-12 inch, very short! I contact them for return address cause I see they just shipped anything to us to stop the dispute and they will not give me the address! Now they’re ignoring my emails! Stay far away from this crappy company !

I ordered on7/7/23 and as of today 7/24/23 it still says processing!!! I emailed them several times and the just keep coming up with excuses!!! Now they are not even replying!!! I have never been through this before!!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT. I ordered my $500 wig in advance and 3 weeks later never received an update. I emailed them and they took days to respond. Still no effort to ship my wig just meaningless apologies. I cancelled my order abs requested a refund but they are being unresponsive.

I order a unit from this company on 3/22/2 and still haven’t received an update with shipment or tracking numbers. Ive been email and even downloaded whatsup app to call them. Ive only gotten 2 genric responses from them which apologized for the delay and lack of communication but still no results. I recently requested a refunc but from what am reading from different customers on here thats been a difficult process. This is very disappointing but not shocking considering from where its coming from

This place is a SCAM!!! They stole $372 from me without ever shipping me my wig. I have sent several emails asking about the wig and the only response I got was “So sorry we’re delayed but it will be shipped in a couple of days” I placed a order with them on 03/03/23 and it is now 03/26/23 and never received it. I sent a follow up email requesting my money back and never heard anything back from them. Do not waste your money with them. I am now trying to see legally what I can do now moving forward to get my money back.

From sending the wrong length and density to continuous knotty kinky wigs and lace wigs that bald within a month.
Stay away. I have spent thousands with this company over the years- but enough is enough a the other quality is very poor

Was very disappointed!! Bundles were SUPER thin. Sheds… tangles. I usually don’t buy hair offline for this reason. Never again.

I bought the worst company the hair length and Density are fake even the lace is hard. I do not recommend to people. I am hair stylist I know what I mean

I love my hair ! It’s true to length and so soft and beautiful . It also came very quickly ! The lace could use a little more work but nevertheless the wig is beautiful and easy to work with

Ordered from isee hair after a recommendation and ordered a 28” 99j lacefront. When I got the hair the ends were so thin, they probably used 1 bundle of 28” hair. I wanted to make it work so I curled it and tried my best but when I washed it…. I use a very good hair treatment for my wigs that leave them silky but the hair matted right away. I spent FOUR HOURS detangling the hair only for it be a nightmare. Worst hair I’ve ever bought. When I asked them for a refund they told me to buy John Frieda hair serum and not go in the wind. What a joke

Don't buy from this company! A total scam and inaccurate lengths. Hair is cheap and started to fall out after dying. I contacted them for a refund and they will not refund me. I ordered the Peruvian loose wave u part wig. It wasn't loose wave and it was cheaply made and sewn. It was way too big and my head is huge and the track where the clips does not lay flat. I see hair I need my refund.

J'achète depuis plus 1 ans chez eux , depuis quelque mois c'est la catastrophe . J'ai reçu une mauvaise commande, j'ai du renvoyer le colis. Ils ont pas rembourser les frais de port (40,25€) la situation a duré 1 mois. Il avait aussi promis d'avoir un geste commercial, j'attend toujours. Une amie à commandé chez eux depuis 3 semaines toujours pas de colis et le service client toujours aussi médiocre et encore de fausse promesse

J aurais dû regardé les avis avant de commander je me suis fier au réseau... la commande est arrivée assez rapidement mais ce n était pas la mienne. J ai du la renvoyer à une autre adresse que celle d origine j ai été remboursé des frais d expédition heureusement mais j ai reçu une facture de fedex pour des frais de douane de 9 euros pour une commande qui n était pas mienne. On m'a promis des cadeaux supplémentaires j ai juste eu droit à une paire de faux cils immetables rien de plus. Je n ai pas encore testé les cheveux je ferai une revue plus tard.

The hair was so bad!! The curl pattern was dry and hard to define no matter what products I used. The frontal was so tangled it couldn’t be parted. &the hair was really short for 14inch.

The worst hair I ever received was the afro curly. Feel like I have been scammed. Contacted their customer services with pictures and despite seeing how bad it was they maintained that it should look dry and have no curl definition. In the process of reporting them for not issuing me a refund.
