I placed an order on Oct 31st and my card has been charged. Today is November 10th and I have not yet received confirmation on shipping? I emailed their customer support and no response. Will definitely report this as fraud to my bank. I have screenshots of my receipts and email confirmation from them about the order but no shipping details in 10days?

I want to report this company and I will keep doing so until something is done. I ordered 2 wigs weeks ago for my upcoming birthday. I finally reach out to them and was told my wigs were Still being processed and it could take another 3 weeks and no one contacted me to tell me. So now I’m not receiving the wigs and asked for a refund! Which i will never order from them Again!

I truly didn’t want to do this but this is too far so basically i ordered my half wig in the middle of October or November i don’t really remember and i was excited and happy but this brand really played in my face i tried reaching out to them by emailing them but they acted stupid and when I always tried to make reviews they always deleted them and i swear i wasted alot of money and i want my refund like i ain’t no bot the is my order number #16601539526 give me my money back stop playing games

Be warned. The quality of wigs are not consistent. I’ve been a long time customer which from this experience proves they don’t value. I’ve purchased my 7th wig from them and 1st wear; The blonde 613 shed so much that the right side front looks empty. Like it’s now got a bad bang with a big gap then the rest of the hair. But the left is full/ now the wig is completely uneven and no classy woman would be caught dead wearing it. After many failed attempts to contact them, I made a comment on their IG post. They deleted it but finally replied to my emails. Saying the wig looks good ! And it suits me , I should keep wearing it. Like seriously!? you want me to look like a crackhead? If that’s your standard for “good” then it’s clear, they KNOW they sell bad quality.

My fist wig was good the water wave half wig although now I’m noticing after one month of use it’s not reverting or anything and shedding like crazy. Also frizz even though i use mousse but ANYWAY I then decided to order another of the same wing the same but longer and 250 density they sent me a kinky curly ponytail?!! I’ve been trying to get a refund and I’m well within the 30 days but man they are not responding i won’t be ordering from them again don’t recommend

The post office in my area didn’t deliver my package and returned to sender without my knowledge. When I contacted Jessie via email I was informed they could refund or resent product but regardless of which one I choose I would be charged a $15 fee. How is it fair that a delivery issue that is not my fault and I’m the one being charged $15. I understand pay $15 to re-ship but how is it still $15 if I get a refund.

I have mixed reviews about the hair i ordered from ISEE Hair. I ordered Ocean Waves 22in. It was delivered on Aug 5th. Of course, the hair looks pretty at first sight. And even after a gentle wash it still looks lovely. But, don't let it fool you.

I gave it a gentle wash and immediately it began to shed. Keeping in mind I only used my hands and fingers to go through the curls. I let hair air dry, then went through it again with my fingers. More shedding. Throughout the day hair is still shedding. I'm not talking normal small shedding here and I mean a lot. It's glueless but, can also be installed with adhesive and glue. I chose to do it because I wanted it to stay on my head for a little while. After a few days, the hair has some dryness to it. I don't like adding too many products to hair, however, to keep this hair in good standing, you'll need some products in it.

Apart from that the hair is pretty to look at. But, you'll have hair everywhere. I rate it three stars because of shedding, dryness, and overall quality. Appearance-wise wise it looks good.
Total cost of hair was $246

Don’t believe the hype. I’ve ordered twice from this brand and the experience has been the same both times.
Great construction on their wigs and they are actually glueless- that’s until after 3 days of wear and they start balding. The lace doesn’t melt if you try to glue it down to hide the balding. By a week in, the lace is completely bald and unwearable. The hair is a synthetic mix and not human hair as they claim. After a week of hair, it becomes so frizzy and sheds so badly it’s embarrassing. If you leave a negative review on their website, it gets deleted. If you complain via email, you’re ignored. They’ll respond if you leave a negative comment on their socials though. You would get better wear from a synthetic wig. Don’t waste your money and don’t believe the social media marketing. These influencers wear the wig for the review and move on to the next.

SCAM!! Aftet I placed the order I got no message no estimated delivery date I started contacting Mia and Jessie, I sent so many emails no reply then I get a reply from a Kate! Saying they sending me my order in 2 deliveries then they sent me a scam link track718 / track718 this site is legit a scam!! Also I later get an email from google saying I cant message those email addresses anymore. I feel so upset, I kept seeing their ads all the time never knew it was a scam…

I ordered a ponytail for €174, it came with very little hair compared to what is offered on the website. I tried to return the item, customer service was slow to respond, but we have 30 days to return.

At the post office here in France, they say there is a mistake in the address, it's a company with an address in a private home????? €34 to send, +€34 if returned. What?! So there is no possibility of a refund. That is not honest.

BEWARE!!!! You will not get what you pay for! Ordered a $200 360 wig and it was not human hair, not 180% density and the part in space nonexistent. Please save your money and don’t do business with them. For their defective wig they offered $20?! They didn’t honor their no hassle 30 day return policy which is a joke. They told me the hair is perfect, to comb the hair back I didn’t need parting and that I used the hair which I did not. Don’t listen to the hype. All the reviews are fake as I tried to post one and it blocked it because it stated the truth! Don’t buy from them.

PLEASE PLEASE BE careful when ordering from this company...I ordered a 12 inch wig and the wig I got was either an 8 or 10 inch wig...I didn't realize it right away so I had cut the lace...I tried to return it but they sd they couldn't accept it because the lace was cut...I totally understand that they could not accept it with the lace cut..but my problem is WHY WAS I SENT THE WRONG LENGTH WIG IN THE FIRST PLACE..so I lost $140 due to their negligence..be careful cuz you may not get what u order

i find your wigs so difficult to use. i bought the glueless yet i have to cut the lace in front. Watched so many youtube videos yet didnt get the look.

Terrible they sent me bad hair complained about it and they’ve offered £15? When I declined and told them to sort out the hair they’ve just ignored me. It’s thin, it’s malts - the reviews on their page are fake as I’ve commented 4 times and they’ve not been published DO NOT BUY THERE

I ordered a glueless, prebleached knots water Mcap kinky Curly 18 inch. The hair was beautiful. However the 13x6 in lace did not cover my sides. My head measured under the 22inches of the supposed measurements of the wig. Most importantly after only 2 days the hair began to shed terribly. Bald spots popped up all over the lace. I couldn't wear it. I contacted the company and sent pictures at their requests. They were very responsive, but only offered me thr choice of a $25 refund or a coupon. I paid $196 for a wig I could only wear 2 times. It should have lasted 2-6 months. I told them i woul like a 3rd to half of my money back. They said they couldnt do it because of their costs. I liked the hair quality so much that I bought a closure to replace the balding lace. I literally hand plucked the hair on the lace. That's how easy the hair came out of the lace. The closure gave me a little more wear but if I didn't do hair and know how to do that, It would have been a complete waste of money. I gave I see hair $196 for a horrible unsuable product with ultimately no solution or compensation from I See Hair. Order at your own risk....

This was my first time ordering a wig and I was highly disappointed. The wig doesn't look natural at all, the shedding is ridiculous. The front of the wig did not lay flat on my forehead, it looked like I had a helmet on. The wigs that we see advertised online by these "influencers" aren't the wigs that they are sending customers.

Clearly fake pictures in the product description. Sent me a hideous wig that I didn’t order. The wig in the pictures were normal with wispy ends, the one that I got was a 16” bob with blunt ends. Completely unwearable and I paid $135 CAD for a wig that looked awful. Like someone had just hacked at the ends with dollar store scissors.

I messaged them asking how this happened, and why I got a wig totally different from the description, they said is a bob wig that most clients love. I responded there was nothing in the description that said it was a bob, if it did I wouldn’t have ordered it. I’m actually devastated cause I’ve ordered from them before (December of ‘22) and loved what I received but now it’s a complete scam. I returned the wig the day after I received it was so ugly. If I don’t receive a full refund I will file a charge back with my bank. They clearly are just sending people wigs no one else wanted or already returned, hoping whoever does receive it doesn’t file a dispute and just puts up with it so that can get rid of units no one was buying.
