Placed an order 13 days ago

Placed an order 13 days ago. Order has still not left. Sent 3 emails and 1 voice message. None have been replied to. This is a 29K order. You would think there would be some level of service. I think i've been scammed...

Your order was placed with us on the 19th of August 2025, delivered on the 1st of September (9th business day) which was 2 business days late as per our delivery time and do honestly see between that period, there was indeed gaps of communication from our side until we voluntarily sent you an email in the morning confirming that we'll be dispatching your order.

In saying this, we would like to apologize once again for any inconveniece and discomfort during this order process.

Stay clear of iRobust Tech: I'm still waiting for delivery one month after ordering and paying, with no further communication...

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24+ on 19 April 2025, with a promised ETA of around one week. I asked when I could expect delivery on 8 May. They apologised for the delay, blaming their IT company, and informed me that "my camera" shipment will be released the next day. Since then I've heard nothing further from them, and have received no phone.

I hope this message finds you well.

We made a huge mistake on our side and missed your order. Thisnone has nothing to do with customs delays or our supplier. The error is on our side and do take full accountability for our mistake.

We sincerely apologize for such an inconvenience caused to you. Our operations have not been smooth sailing on our side this past month.

Also, I see that that you bought the Nikon Z50 camera kit from us in 2023 and was delivered on time. We're very sorry for the unpleasent shopping experience that you had with us this time around.

How would you like to move forward with this order? Should we process the order with our supplier for delivery at our offices on Monday 26th of May and have it delivered to you on the 27th of May or should we process your full refund?

Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.

I would NOT go anywhere near this company

Adding to my previous review... two weeks later and I still don't have my product. Constant excuses, poor communication. Don't make the same mistake I did, go with a reputable company.

When they finally replied on May 13th, they assured me the order would be dispatched that same day. Yet two days later, there was still no delivery. After another follow-up via live chat, I was told my order had been mistaken with someone else's called 'David'!! I was then informed that the shipment containing my item was delayed due to customs inspections.

As of May 19th, I still have no idea when to expect my order.

Update to my previous review

Just a follow on from my previous review, I did receive my purchase but 3 days after advertised date. This in itself is not a problem, its the lack of communication and updates that causes an unpleasant experience.

Overall Good/ Sony Fx30 order.

My experience was overall good, I had doubts seeing that it's a fairly new store. They could do better with their landline, it makes for a bad experience when you want an update and you can't get them.

Thebe was really helpful in making sure I get my order even though it was a bit late but it eventually arrived. He organised the collection as well out of office hours.

The service was immaculate!! I needed my order ASAP, the team reassured me that it would arrive and then, a team member, I think his name was Tebo or T (I forgot) he handled my order and made sure I received it on time. Thank you so much!!!!

Canon R6 camera

I have ordered and pay for a very expensive camera. Still it was way cheaper compared to other online prices. My order was shipped on the 7th business day and I received it the very next day. I can vow for iRobust Tech to be trust worthy and for the best online prices. Happy days!
