Bought a PSU from Valotronics and it works perfectly It’s brand new comes with a warranty and the price is reasonable Customer service is responsive via email and WhatsApp which is great the only minor downside is their website it could feel a bit more polished overall solid experience

I purchased a Server Cabinet in October last year. CAB-27U Link Basic 27U 800 Deep Cabinet 4 Fans & 2 Shelves.
The Fans Are Very Noisy, The Fans make a Scratching Noise as if the bearings are faulty or Fan blades may be Rubbing Against Something. I have made Numerous(15-20) Telephone Calls and sent Around 15-20 emails to Juan(Director) at Valotronics with NO RESPONSE except for one time when he sent an email saying the Fans are Noisy and not addressing the bearing /rubbing sounds which is very irritating as it is in my office.
VALOTRONICS does not CARE ABOUT AFTERSALES SERVICE, AFTER BENIFITTING FROM SALE. I will be taking this up with Consumer Council SA and the Online Ombuds. After Months of trying to Get Hold of Jaun, I sent a email giving them 7 days to respond, and was totally ignored. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF VALOTRONICS CUSTOMER AFTERCARE AND FULFILING WARRANTY CLAIMS COMMITTMENTS FROM THEM.

Fast service, I received my PTZ Camera before Christmas. Very happy with a prompt service.

No communication between placing order and delivery.

I give it 4 stars because they saved me over R200 on a pc case (it was going for around R850 or so on take a lot, i got it here for a round R600), I would've given 5 stars, but unfortunately my parcel arrived 3 days later than they showed on the website upon purchase, when I emailed them (while waiting for my parcel) they said they were waiting for the money to reflect on their side, that wouldn't have been an issue if they had sent an email to let me know that they only send out the purchase AFTER the money reflects, I was just left without any information about the progress of my purchase. It's only when I contacted them after the (expected) delivery date had past without a word from them, that they told me about waiting for the money to reflect.

But otherwise I like the case I got and the money I saved using this platform.

The transaction was good because an invoice was generated immediately. Then it was quiet for two weeks and I became worried of what is going on. When I made a call I was told that the problem is the courier that went after hours to collect the equipment from the supplier. That was a red flag for me. But I was relieved when my order was delivered ultimately.

No complain, order received. I just had some misunderstanding, but the sales agent cleared me. Im happy i will buy again

I placed an order two weeks ago for sn item I urgently require and after numerous follow up e-mails and whats app message still have received no reply and no stock. I will not recommend this company to anyone

Recently send in my laptop for repairs. The feedback was within the same day and arrangements was made to replace faulty hardware. Received my laptop back running smoother than before.

I confirmed that a specific item is available and in stock before making the immediate payment. They sent a cheaper, smaller item in the hope I would not realize. Now I am not able to find the item originally purchased and they pull up their shoulders. So disappointed in this business. You cannot even trust their word when they confirm availability.......

Really excellent service and interaction. Not to mention best prices. Bought the PXN V99 wheel. Pretty good at this price. Almost on par with brands double the cost. Happy with purchase. Does take some tinkering to get right.
