Ordered a Canon R7
Ordered a Canon R7, body only. The cam came boxed and brand new. All accessories included, no hassles. I wasn't able to make contact via phone call, but did receive prompt e-mail response. Parcel was delivered 2 days after the given date, but was well worth the wait. I was a bit skeptical at first, but will definitely be shopping here again.

One of the worst retail / online buying experiences I’ve ever had. From outright lies, to empty promises, missing a safari trip photography due to not having our camera and nearly receiving our camera 2.5 weeks after order date. Will not use iRobust again after this.
Would recommend - you just need patience...
It took long - I ordered the Nikon D850 15 April 2026, it came 29 April. But for the price and quality would I recommend them. Just keep track of your order via email. The camera was in good quality and brand new shipped from Nikon. That is why it takes a time to arrive. Would definitely buy something again. 4.5/5
Great experience
The whole process, from ordering to receiving the camera, was convenient and quick. I would not have been able to afford this camera if not for the "damaged box" discount. I am glad I trusted iRobust Tech because the camera itself is in perfect working order.

I had an excellent experience with…
I had an excellent experience with iRobust Tech even though I had to wait over a month to receive my camera. The reason for this was that the war in Iran impacted International travel and there were delays getting the goods to SA as well as delays in customs once the arrived. Thebe consistently communicated clearly what was happening and once stock was cleared I received my camera the following day. iRobust is a small company with limitations - not holding large volumes of stock, cannot respond immediately to every call or mail, but also on the other side provides exceptional value and is committed to fulfilling your order. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Thanks Thebe and team.
The good news... and the bad news...
The good news is that I received the camera and I paid a good price. The bad news is that the communication was poor. That is not what you need if you are anxiously waiting for something you have paid big money for.
Let me be precise with the dates so my comment is fact based.
I ordered and paid for the camera on Easter Monday, 6 April. On 7 April, I used the chat function to ask for an update as all I had received was an unpaid invoice. Phone calls are unanswered. I was told that "the shipment containing your parcel was expected to e received this Friday (10th April) or latest on Monday" (13 April). I asked for an update 4 times on Friday 10 April but did not get a reply.
On 13 April, I followed up and was told that "We're expecting the shipment containing your parcel on Friday"(April 17). A week later than previously said.
My order was delivered to me on 20 April. So while the website says 5-7 Business Days Delivery, my order took 10 days.
The website has a scrolling customer reviews with words and phrases such as "Great customer service", "Good communication", "Good service", "Received on time", Kept up to date", "Delivered within specified time", that was not my experience. In fact, as I struggled for updates, the excellent reviews made me more anxious! What was happening? If it was something costing a few hundred Rand, I would have been relaxed, but I had ordered a camera costing R25,500
The good news is the camera came, the price was good. But as a customer, be prepared for poor communication. If you know what to expect - which is not the great service they trumpet about - this review is doing you - and iRobustTech - a favour.
My anxiety could have been avoided with prompt communication. My suggestion to iRobusTech is designate someone to promptly handle communications with buyers. As they say "Don't over promise and under deliver."

From beginning to delivery the staff was helpful. Delivery was in two days that was very fast. I will gladly recommend them.

Delivered as promised
At first I was worried because of the war in the Middle-East and my order was stuck in Dubai. But I received a e-mail to comfort me that they are busy making alternative plans and delivered as promised. Well done!
If you can wait 10 days
If you can wait 10 days, it is well worth it. I saved R6000 on a lens by buying from iRobust Tech. Isn't that worth the wait? I consider myself super impulsive and want whatever I buy, almost immediately. My next purchase will be through them.
Sales person very helpful.
Sale person very friendly. Called him 9 days after I bought my camera online, and he assured me it is on it's way. I received it 4 days after that. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that I am still waiting on prices for other gear, that I still haven't received.

The item just suddenly appeared after 10 days.
