My daughter dropped my IPhone14 pro max resulting in a smashed screen and back cover. Found online this company as had great reviews so decided to send it for repair. My Iphone has been sent back in the following morning which was great as I wanted it fixed as soon as possible! Phone was fixed to an exceptional standard and works perfectly again. The company don't repair things. Send things to the wrong address. Blame customers. Take no responsibility and send products back more damaged than when they started. A costly mistake

I was in distress because being a pensioner I rely on my mobile phone to keep in touch with my family and grandchildren.So when I took my phone that would not start up after being on charge to freefusion i was greeted by a very courteous and understanding lady whom assured me that the problem would be sorted out quickly by the staff.And true to her words the problem was solved within 24hrs and also there was a 90 day gaurantee with the fine work that was carried out on my phone.My advice to anyone with problems with their phone or tablet to go to them first before throwing the items away.

Super fast service, have a screen repair for my iPhone SE. Had a bit of trouble with the touch screen but nothing a quick restart didn’t fix. However the work and condition of the phone is excellent.

Popped in this morning on the off chance to see if a new battery could be fitted to my iPhone X & was greeted by Angela who was very friendly & knowledgeable. Initially I was given an approximate waiting time of an hour however the engineer Simon, completed the work in around 25 minutes as I sat and waited. I have to say following my experience, I would definitely recommend Free Fusion Ltd, a brand new battery fitted with a 90 day warranty & a total cost of £35. I would have no hesitation of returning should I need any other work carried out on other devices.
