Sent my phone over 2 weeks ago and had no communication from them. Sent 2 emails and been on hold with no one answering calls. Dunno what is going on!

Shocking customer service - too big to care about any customers or how their staff treat them.
Sent my phone for water damage repair - waited for 2 weeks still hadn't heard anything. When I emailed they said 'oops it was overlooked - it needs another £90 spending on it but we'll give you £5 discount'. When I complained that I wanted my phone returned and a refund of the £14.99 fee they ignored me and kept hold of my phone for another week - presumably that was my punishment. I sent 3 more emails - all ignored - then finally got through by phone. The phone still hadn't even been returned! The staff member on the phone couldn't understand why I felt I'd been disregarded and disrespected. Utter waste of time and money. At least Angela got her kicks from ignoring me and keeping my child's phone.

Have used this company several times and have always had great service!

Bit pricey for the repairs .. but worth every penny.
Communication and speed of delivery was excellent.

My iphone looks as good as new! I couldn't be happier! The repair is tidy and honestly hard to tell it was even repaired! Zero trace of previous damage! The refurbished apple backs are pristine!

I managed to crush my iPhone 13 Pro,case was damaged,glass,WiFi etc..
I now have new case,Screen etc, very happy with the work and the price of it being fixed

This is the second time I have used Free Fusion.
The first time weas to replace the battery in my iPhone.
I was nervous about posting my phone, but was reassured that all data was safe.
The battery was replaced quickly and efficiently.
This week I sent my phone it to have the charging port replaced.
I posted it on 9 Feb and it was returned on 11 Feb.

Very efficient, easy to deal with at all stages

I took my phone to two other repair shops near my work and they couldn't offer much help with my i-phone that kept switching itself off every few minutes. I tried Free Fusion as they were local to home and, third time lucky, i got the experts! They took lots of time over a few days to thoroughly check things, and they fixed it. So happy and cant recommend highly enough.

Easy to follow instructions to get i-pod battery replaced, at a good price and in only about a week. I can only highly recommend Free Fusion Ltd. and would certainly use them again.
