Just collected a water-damaged phone which they worked on for several days to investigate water damage. The team worked very hard to repair this old device, although it’s still not working properly, and I found Angela very helpful about future iphone purchase, and she couldn’t have explained things more clearly.

I have used Free Fusion whenever I have had a problem with my phone. They have always been very knowledgeable and professional, demonstrating fantastic customer service at a decent price. Free Fusion could be described as the AA for phones—minus the yellow van, but just as heroic! When your device breaks down and starts acting like it’s had a meltdown, they are the emergency service to call!! 5***** service and highly recommended.

Such a helpful and efficient company, I had called several places to try and get a new battery fitted in my old iPhone, and with no luck! But Fusion sorted it within an hour. Fantastic!!

Be warned

Sent my phone in for a screen replacement, heard nothing for a week so emailed and they said they had missed it, next correspondence from them saying I also needed a battery replacement at a cost of another £60 which I sent by bank transfer after some to-ing and fro-ing. Received phone approx 2 weeks after sending it off to a completely broken device, does not connect to ESIM or physical SIM. Took to Apple Store who confirmed the phone would cost more (iPhone 13) to fix than buy brand new. The only problem I had with my phone originally was a smashed screen, still useable but as I was due an upgrade I was going to gift to my partner however is now completely useless. This is after spending £120 on it. Please take this as a warning
