Just £9.99 for a detailed assessment and after a call from them to let us know the issues it was less than £100 to bring it back to life! Absolutely fantastic experience! They went above and beyond to diagnose the phone correctly, up front about the options, repaired quickly, and finally delivered back priority as was going to be away for a while.
Another phone shop I tried said the phone was economically unrepairable, after originally getting the iPhone model incorrect!!
So to find such a great service that is fully online. Amazing!

Good service but scratched phone
Very fast turnaround and charging port replacement seems to be working great again, but very disappointed to find my phone was scratched somehow in several places. Can only assume this was whilst being worked on as it was in mint condition when I posted it and was very well packaged there and back.

Great service and communication. My iphone needed a new screen, battery and charging port. I posted the phone off Monday lunch and it was returned by Royal Mail fully repaired at 2pm Wednesday!

The customer is wrong
I have used freefusion before and have been satisfied. I sent an iphone 8 for a new battery since something was expanding inside forcing the screen from the housing. They replaced the battery and spent an extra £10 (without my authorisation to sort out something inside). A month later the phone started to expand again. I returned and this time they found blutack inside which was apparently causing the problem. They did not accept that this had been missed the first time and implied that I had put it in after it had been returned to me. They would replace the battery again and this time need another £30 to fix it. When I declined they charged £16 for the diagnosis and returned the phone unfixed. I have lost trust in the service they provide.

Hello Andy, thank you for your review. We repaired your devices at least three times and you were happy with this. When we replaced the battery in your phone last time, there was no bluetack inside. There was not possible to miss that. If we would see that during the first repair, we would inform you immediately. When you sent your phone back to us again for warranty assessment, we found that our battery expanded inside, because someone put bluetack on the battery connector. Bluetack pass power easily and affected the battery as well. The battery was too damaged and leaving it in the device would put your health on risk. Removing of the bluetack is time consuming work, that's why we offered this in payable option. The battery was damaged by direct contact with bluetack and the warranty doesn't cover that. Therefore, we couldn't help in other way. The amount you have paid was the basic of of the diagnosis and return postage.

My Ipad screen was seriously damaged (not helped by my local 'phone shop) but these guys did an excellent job and even replaced some missing screws as part of the service. The communication was excellent - Angela is both friendly and prompt. Highly recommended!
