Irish Pensions & Finance was established in 1993 and specialises in the provision of financial advice to Public Sector employees. Over the past 30 years, we have built up a wealth of experience in dealing with employees working in the Public Sector and currently administer over 152 AVC schemes with a combined membership of over 35,000 members. Current schemes include Civil Service, HSE, Voluntary Hospitals, AGSI and Local Authorities. We have a team of over 90 Financial Advisors who work with clients from initial consultation through ongoing servicing and monitoring. Our goal is to guide our clients towards making the right decisions regarding their own financial priorities and concerns. As part of our service, we provide online and in-person information sessions for Public Sector staff. These sessions give staff a breakdown of their superannuation entitlements and the options available to enhance these benefits. Staff are also offered the opportunity to meet a Financial Advisor on a one-to-one basis for an individual financial consultation, free of charge. We specialise in the provision of retirement/ financial planning advice.

Efficient and personalised
Booking and planning an appointment was efficient, Killian was accommodating and supplied all the information I needed to make the appointment productive. There was no forced sale, he listened and played back my needs to clarify, not making assumptions, this felt safe, he matched my needs to a realistic plan. the paper work and documents were provided in the promised time. and so was my Dunnes voucher. I have recommended Killian to other collogues and will be inviting him to my department meeting.

Tailored experience to risk and saving capacity
I had a very productive conversation with Julian who explained the options for pensions available. Working with him, I found a product that was tailored to my capacity for risk, with a sum that was appropriate to my savings capacity. We also spoke about how products might change as my career progressed.

Clear information, great communication
Clear information, great communication, good follow-up without being too much. Informative on options, giving clear guidance on the benefits of particular choices but not pushy. Clear confirmation of the choices made with 'opt out' clauses explained. I like that I've never felt pressure and feel I'm making decisions not being pushed into something.
