Staff have been helpful and transparent

Hopeless communication. And there’s an initial start up fee which isn’t clearly disclosed. Over 30% if contributions in the first year are taken as a fee. As well as maintence fees.
I am waiting for a response for months now and haven’t got any clear breakdown of the charges. Not even a phone call.

Excellent service from Mark who explained everything in a clear and concise manner. He kept in contact throughout the whole process of transferring my pension into a Retirement Fund.

Due to the prompt response time of the person within IPF and their efficiency in responding to any previous queries and simplifying setting up and transferring, it has made it much easier for me.

I am not great with finance stuff, my brain just won't engage with it. The IPF representative was very patient and clear about numbers and timeframes, didn't push for more than I was comfortable with. Starting very modestly rather than promising massive results. The facility to seek advice without being a 'high value' customer is hugely reassuring.

I would love to see more dumbed down, clear information material but I'm aware that might compromise their obligations to communicate everything to the customer.

I felt supported throughout my experience, i was given all the information i needed without feeling any pressure to pursue. Great service! Recommended to lots of friends.

The professionalism and attitude of IPF staff are what make it shine! ! Following from the recommendation of a colleague and friend, I took out an AVC with Dylan Maher. In addition to Dylan's positive manner and attitude, he demonstrated excellent professional skills in his follow-up and very comprehensive explanations of the advantages and disadvantages of particular AVC products. Dylan was also able to offer very accessible advice on other investment products which made for integrated wrap-around retirement planning. He was always reachable and prompt in his support for some of my follow-on queries His colleagues in the company were equally professional in furnishing documentation at all relevant steps of the process.
