I've been dealing with IPF for many years now, and I have always found them to be excellent. Most recently, Katie Doyle has been managing my file. Over the past 18 months or so, she has provided excellent and appropriate advice on my AVC, and retirement, which has enabled me to make good choices and to maximise my tax-relief benefit. Katie, and IPF, are always available to me to discuss any changes; they are very professional, thorough, and trustworthy.

I have taken out an AVC with Louise Dunne, she then contacted me to check how things were going, and I decided to invest again this time, with a Savings account, she listened very attentively to me and what my life is like and to determine my attitude to risk, she knew when and what I needed finances for in the future and helped me through everything, including filling in complicated forms. Louise regularly checks in with me now and we assess how the markets are doing and how the investments are doing. I will be in a position to invest again few years down the line, but I know in the interim Louise will be checking in with me at least twice a year to determine that all is going ok with investments and to put me at ease if the markets fluctuate and to settle me from making rash decisions, I hope she stays with this company of IPF or else I will be following her to the next company, as I now have full trust and have built good rapport with her and most of all TRUST her.
