Staff are very helpful and reassuring on my choice. During the measurement process (varifocal sunglasses) I was filled with confidence that the person knew what they were doing.
The whole process was swift and I am pleased with the outcome.

Visited the Glasgow Finnieston store and the glasses I ordered were subsequently received in no time by post. Very friendly, helpful, efficient staff. Great range of cool, modern frames at affordable prices. Excellent service. I can't fault IOLLA. Would highly recommend

Very helpful, friendly staff. Allowed me plenty of time to choose my frames from a great selection without being pushy. Chose two frames. Efficient and professional with my prescription for varifocals. Picked my glasses up in the time frame specified and I love them.

Don't even think of buying glasses elsewhere
I've been an IOLLA customer for 8 years now and I wouldn't consider buying glasses elsewhere. I'm really happy with the quality, range, and design, the staff are always excellent and incredibly helpful.
The price is fantastic, and I love that the standard extras are all included.
Overall extremely happy!

Very nice staff and quality products
Very nice staff in Richmond. Excellent quality sunglasses and a reasonable price with no hidden costs. Very simple process. Glasses came with plenty of time to spare before my holiday too. Would definitely recommend.
