Staff were really helpful and did what they could to have my glasses ready for specific event date for me. Varifocal sunglasses give me better vision than my regular glasses that cost more than double from the opticians.

Helpful staff gave good advice on first varifocals, explaining difference between standard and advanced and helping with suitable frame choice. Very happy with my new varifocals which are working out well for me, but was reassured by the happiness guarantee when purchasing as it was good to know I'd not be left with unusable glasses if the varifocals hadn't worked out. Price very reasonable for varifocals.

A good budget friendly glasses company. I have several pairs of glasses, recently got a pair of prescription sunglasses, and have in the past used their "lens refresh" service. I wish there were a store closer to me so I could go in person!

I love my iOlla glasses! I got prescription sunglasses and they are such a game changer. Love the style I chose and they are so comfy. Great knowledgeable staff and a good price. Will be getting new normal glasses next.

It's always a pleasure getting new glasses from Iolla. The range of styles are extensive, the cost very reasonable, and the staff super helpful. I now wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great selection of frames for various fits and styles, very good quality frames and lenses which are seriously competitively priced. You're getting quality products at an affordable price that you can build a collection! But more importantly, the team were amazing for me. At first they were friendly and most importantly patient whilst I deliberated myself. They weren't pushy nor were they completely indifferent. They engaged with me every now and then so I knew I could call on their advice at any time. When the time came that I did need help with my shortlist, the lady who served me predominantly (apologies for not remembering your name!) was very understanding, she helped me understand which frames fitted me best and complemented my appearance best. At no point did I feel I was being pushed into a sale, nor just being given insincere compliments. She did not hesitate to offer an opinion on when a frame was not right for me, which I really appreciated! I purchased The Bruce in Medium Havana and the Boyd in Taupe. I'm very happy with The Bruce, but I wasn't in love with the Taupe colour of the Boyd, and after a couple of weeks trying them out in different lights, I decided to ask if I could possibly swap the Taupe frame to the Khaki green Boyd frames. They were very accommodating for me as it was within their Happiness Guaranteed policy, and even let me go try the green frames on outside with a mirror! I'm looking forward to my green frames arriving soon, and I'm considering returning in the near future to pick some prescription sunglasses too! Thank you so much!

Great glasses & good service!

Great service throughout. The fact that all the frames etc are Scottish made was a plus. The staff in the Bruntsfield shop were very helpfull in assisting chosing frames. Would recommend, and indeed I have to several friends.
