Staff where very helpful and friendly and where also knowlegable about the products which they were selling . Also the price of the glasses where quite reasonable .

All the staff in store are so helpful and welcoming. Lady collected many pairs for me to choose from that suited my high prescription.
I wanted to buy another pair a week later so lady fills it out online for me and emailed so I don’t have to enter any details just make a payment. Excellent service. Price is amazing. For someone who was quoted £670 for one pair of glasses
Due to prescription, I got sunglasses and everyday for £195. Bargain. So much so I will be back to get another pair to change up my eye wardrobe.

Love the glasses - used the virtual try on system - still wearing my own Iolla glasses - so I could check the fit. It worked a treat. Excellent value, brilliant design and wonderful quality.

I had very efficient service at Iolla in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh. The staff seem knowledgable making suggestions and giving advice. I ordered new glasses and they arrived sooner than expected. They are comfortable and feel they have sharpened my vision.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. I usually have to pay hundreds of pounds for my glasses, but I got glasses and the clip on sunglasses for a fraction of the cost. Would highly recommend.

Always have a good experience! Friendly, helpful staff. Cool range of specs - the only challenge is choosing, luckily this time I needed two pairs and one pair of old IOLLA glasses transformed so I got two designs I loved and my old pair were still good for refurbishment. Good prices. Efficient delivery. Most importantly of course the glasses are great.

Unfortunately my lenses were damaged twice in the process of production - I was kept in formed however it was disappointing that it took nearly two months for them to arrive. I still love IOLLA though!

Visited the Cambridge store on Saturday. Great customer service, did not feel pressurised to buy. I ordered some varifocal sunglasses. Really looking forward to receiving them. The whole experience was very relaxed and enjoyable.
