Great service, staff very helpful, reasonable priced glasses, what more could you want!

Great service when I picked up the new sunglasses. Made sure they fit correctly, even cleaned my other glasses. They explained the refills of lens cleaner too. Much more genuine service than what I get from the big brands and usually cheaper over all.

Helpful and pleasant staff. Simple process for getting glasses and sunglasses (varifocals) ordered, with my existing prescription. Nice choice of frames too. Quick delivery.

lovely people who sold me the sunglasses.
However on google maps it said that the shop was closed and only open for 2 hours on Saturday. This nearly stopped me going. I rang and told them this and told the staff as well when I went to the store. I hope it has been sorted. It's such a good shop!

Fantastic service from IOLLA Glasgow today. I lost my specs that I’d bought less than three months ago. The guy serving very kindly gave me a very healthy discretionary discount for losing my original pair. Made my day. Superb service every time I go in.
