Friendly staff. Lovely glasses. easy price menu.
I was disappointed that on the day I picked up the sunglasses that they had a 25% discount which I didn't get.

Excellent value, straightforward ordering process (including via telephone) and helpful customer support.

As always, Iolla, is great. Staff, lovely, helpful, and the premesis, does, not feel, as if walking into a normal opticians, for your glasses, You, can try, on the frames, gorgeous, so different. And really up to date. Colours, are lovely, vibrant, elevates, your appearance, just like another accesory.

Service in store was great but on delivery of glasses they do not fit and need adjustment,

The service was great - my glasses do irritate my nose a little if I wear them too much but that really was because of my choice of frame not the service

Update : I was invited to come back and get my glasses fitted as part of after care. Thanks Iolla Bruntsfield - much better now!

The glasses choice were good with different design and size options. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful in making a suitable selection. Glasses shouldn’t be expensive as they are cheap to manufacture so I’m happy to see a retailer offering fair pricing.
