Should have a zero rating. Ordered clothes supposedly from JCPenny. Site showed US from China when I checked the status. I still don't have my order. I have asked for a refund or the order I still do NOT have either or any response.

This "company" is an absolute scam. It stole images from JC Penney and I thought I was shopping after new years JC Penney sales. I did not realize it's not JC Penney until after I checked out. It even gave me tracking info. Even though it says "delivered," nothing came. Thank goodness for fraud reporting with my CC company.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered some Christmas gifts for my grandchildren in OCTOBER and they never came. I am going to turn them in. I hope this review will convince you to not buy from them. What a scam!

The product was advertised as crystal, sent from Italy. It was cheap plastic. They have requested I return the product to China at my expense.

ZERO is what I’d like to give!! Absolute scam. My “crystal glass hummingbird” ornament ended up being a 21 cent plastic ball with a cut out piece of paper in it! The first tracking info was a package from Italy and when delivery info stalled for several days, it was showing a second package coming from China. Absolute garbage!

Wasn't what it was described to be! Horrible advertisement, the bulb was plastic and not glass like it said it was, and the bird was a cut out piece of cardboard, im so pissed that I got scammed out of my money! I have emailed them several times asking for my money to be refunded and get no response! I would honestly give the a 0 rating

TOTAL SCAM COMPANY! Ornaments are described as crystal/glass. These are plastic with a paper picture of a bird in them. YOU CAN BUY A SET OF THREE (3) OF THESE AT WALMART FOR $14.83!! TOTAL RIPOFF & SCAM. BEWARE!!

Ordered Nature’s Birds Crystal Glass Ornament Set on Oct 5, 2025. Today, after threatening to cancel the order a little before, a package was delivered with cheap plastic ( not crystal or even glass) ornaments containing cheap cardboard cutouts of birds. None were hanging in the ornaments and some were bent. AVOID THIS SITE!!

Ordered Crystal Globe Ornament and as stated in other reviews received a plastic ball with a piece of paper in it, total garbage. Communication with “support” is worthless, automated responses. When I tracked order I received email indicating it was coming from Eorope, another follow up had China, another indicated it was in Austin, Tx, package I finally received had a Chicago USPS package label.

Please don’t use this company - you will be ripped off. I ordered 4 glass ornaments for Xmas - they came today - they are plastic with what looks like a plastic cut out of a bird in the middle. Terrible - please don’t order anything from them.

Total scam. I ordered in mid-October and still do not have items ordered. Must be fake tracking because it never arrived- tried to cancel and get a refund. No customer service help.

I ordered crystal glass bird ornaments and got plastic balls with a paper bird cut out inside. Complete scam and probably the trashiest thing I have ever had in my home.

Scam - I ordered what was listed as "Nature's Bird Crystal Glass Ornament Set". What arrived was neither crystal or glass but instead I received a tiny, plastic ball with a cute out paper bird stuck inside. Nothing like the picture shown. Should have researched the company first.

I was disappointed there were 3 stones with 4 of each of the same color.

False advertising. Ordered the heart crystals, they are 1" not 2", and although advertised as crystal (with pictures of 50 varieties) almost half of them were duplicates of the same colours, made out of transparent coloured plastic.
I might spend half what was charged on this for throw-away trinkets. A kid who is into crystals/ gemstones would notice that many of these aren't real.

My item arrived broken in half. I brought it to their attention, complete with photos, and they offered to replace the item. I had spent over $30 on this item, and when it arrived, not only was it broken, it was very cheap looking. I didn't want a replacement, and requested a refund. They offered me a $2 refund for the $30+ I paid. When I declined that, they offered $4, or I could return the broken item "but shipping would be very expensive". I declined that offer, and they replied that the highest compensation that would offer is $6. I told them to keep it. What a joke.

Ordered the 30 pc heart shaped crystals for my granddaughter. Arrived timely, as described, at a reasonable price. Granddaughter LOVED them.
Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I ordered the coconut bricks said they were coming from Sweden never got them contacted support then they came from China when I received them a month and a half later there was only three of the 10 and the package was open. I contacted them again and they blamed Trump, I waited another month and a half for them to replace them and they said that tracking show that I received my complete order but the out of courtesy they would send me five dollars. This company is a complete and total scam. Please do not waste your money like I did read the reviews And use your own judgment. Thank you.
