I placed a order on May 23, 2026, after seeing their advertisement on Instagram.

The shipment process and the communication for the order fully stopped.

I contacted then many times, and they just say nothing but vague responses such as “please be patient, we will resolve it,” yet no actual action was ever taken.

Be aware!, they are pishing using their instagram account.

Unlike the advert, what I received was a glass guitar shape with transfers, I was expecting something looking more like a Gibson Guitar, also, the advert led me to expect it to arrive with Jack Danials whiskey.

The product came with no instructions so what do you do with the parts? It took almost 6 weeks to be delivered to my home. This company is very difficult to communicate with the customer service department.

I placed two orders, 1672M67612 and 1672M67692, on September 23, 2025, after seeing your advertisement on Instagram. The shipment process for these orders completely stopped after October 20, 2025, and no further updates have been provided since that date.

During this period, I contacted you hundreds of times. Each time, I received nothing but vague responses such as “please be patient, we will resolve it,” yet no actual action was ever taken. After persistent attempts, I requested a refund. Following extensive communication, I was informed that the refund had been processed; however, upon checking, I clearly saw that no refund was issued.

When I contacted you again, I was told that “the system does not allow refunds” — a contradictory explanation that was only provided after I asked about the status. All responses so far have been inconsistent, unhelpful, and solely aimed at delaying the process.

This situation constitutes a clear violation of consumer protection laws, including failure to deliver goods, defective service, and failure to fulfill refund obligations.

I am fully aware that this conduct amounts to fraudulent behavior. Nevertheless, I am sending this message with the hope that there is still an honest and responsible representative within your company who will ensure that my payment is refunded immediately and in full.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with all necessary legal actions without further notice.

This is a scam. Do not buy ordered in September have not received order and unable to contact the company do not buy.

They are scammers, the product page lied about the item and it mentioned money back guarantee, when I contacted supported they told me we will send you 9$ & that's it, the order was 36$ and they refused to return the item.
Thank god I didn't pay more than that.

This company is a scam. The ads they have about their products is false advertising. I bought a cologne on the trust of a ad they advertised. I received the item and the bottle of the cologne had a cheap sticker on it. The cologne did not have a smell at all it’s like that put colored water in the bottle. I contacted them about my dissatisfaction of the product. They requested a QR code from the package however there was no QR code on the package. I sent pictures of the cologne and the back of the package with the item number. They are also price gauging products that are fake. They responded back to me saying they did their best to resolve this matter. They didn’t nothing to resolve this matter. Do Not order from this site. It’s a scam! Fake advertisement!

This is a scam site. Cheap knockoff - nothing like the pictures or description. Stay away and save yor money!
