Avoid

I placed an order on 26 Feb. Tracking suggested it arrived in the UK but 6 weeks after ordering I still hadn’t received it. The company claimed it was delivered to an incorrect address and would resend the order. That was 8th April. I am still waiting for a tracking number (now 18th April) for the replacement parcel. I wish I had never ordered with this company.

Avoid

Item did not arrive. Tracking stopped after it allegedly reached the UK. I was then informed that the courier had lost the item and that a replacement would be sent. Shortly after, I was told the courier actually had the item, but the tracking was not updating correctly.
I was assured the issue was being escalated; however, this was over three weeks ago and there has been no update or delivery. I have now asked my bank to investigate.
Additionally, I was initially overcharged, although this was refunded at the time.

Fraudulent liars

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero! Placed an order via Instagram, should have read reviews beforhand.
I pay via PayPal pay in 3 and they overcharged me.
I contacted them and they refunded the difference.
After I chased it, they sent me tracking details for the order, but it was for a scam website.
I eventually raised a case with PayPal and had an exchange with a company called Wolfpack (not the same business name).
I escalated the case through PayPal requesting a credit for goods not received.
Wolfpack then provided tracking details (3 different ones).
PayPal have now closed the case in their favour because the random online tracking portal shows as delivered but I have no product, no email response from them, no proof of delivery and I'm £45 out of pocket.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
Or, if you make the same mistake I did, do it using your credit card so you have charge back rights, not through PayPal.

Only giving one star because I can’t…

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero! Placed an order via Facebook, my mistake for not reading the reviews beforehand! Immediately they over charged me and the payment went through via ‘PayPal’ despite payment made via Apple Pay. I checked the email and it was from ‘paypal at 24dealwith.com. This immediately raised a red flag and I contact them within an hour to cancel the order. They did refund the additional charge as this was an error on their part, however they have consistently refused to acknowledge my request to cancel despite multiple emails back and forth and insist I wait to receive their product and are sure I will be happy with it. Their ‘Customer Service Deparment’ just repeat the same answer … Too late/already sent/wait to receive blah blah. I have now started a chargeback via my bank as I think that’s my only option.

AVOID! DON'T BUY!!!!

Ordered 6 bras on 2nd of March 2026 and still waiting. According to the tracker the arrived in the UK on 17th March but dont appear to have moved since. They are in London which is only 1.5 hours away. Really don't understand why it's taking so long. Can't comment on bra until I receive it!

Bought a bra and was sent the wrong…

Bought a bra and was sent the wrong size - absolutely useless too big around back and boobs hanging out of sides - emailed to say it’s the wrong size not what I ordered and WILL NOT refund offering me £3 I keep saying it is not what I ordered but I wait days for an email back just to keep saying sorry accept £3

No issues with order

I ordered the VisionSync Multifocal Glasses. No issues with order, no issues with delivery, delivery was fast and arrived carefully wrapped. I received upto date emails with regular shipping movements. Thank you for hassle free shopping and shipping to UK England.

Bra's are awful - no support and not as advertised.

From start poor experience. Tracking didn't work. Parcel took ages to arrive and I had to email to chase. Bra arrived and was extremely poor quality and nowhere near as advertised. Material soft and offers no support or shape. Returns are discouraged and price to return is extortionate.

If I could give no stars I would 2nd…

If I could give no stars I would 2nd Feb I ordered 3 little Easter gifts, still waiting. They do apologise and respond to emails. I asked for a refund and they said tracking has stopped even though it's been in the UK a month.

Despite me not wanting it, and requesting a refund they ignored it and said on email they would send another, why would I want an Easter present sending again which if it turns up, which I highly doubt could be nearer Christmas. . they said to trust them and if I still don't want it to return it...however I should imagine the returns cost would be more than the product itself.

Stay away.

If I could give 0 points I would I ordered something on 9th February and no sign of my order after 3 mails I have had no positive replies only to wish me a pleasant life. It is a total scam they take your money and disappear learn by my mistake and do NOT get caught like me. Mike
