I am happy I received the cooling mat. Although my dog feels he can eat it! I like that I got emails all the way from when I first ordered the mat until it arrived. The other thing I like when my dog is on the mat it does not move around.

Everything about the product was good. My only frustration is due to the time it took to be shipped and arrive at my home. It was 2 full weeks before I received my order. I was updated on it's travel, and it appeared that it was stuck in customs in Switzerland for quite some time. Again, just a bit frustrating.

It really works ! For the first time, no pulling!

My two dogs seem very comfortable with the mats. They rest on it all day, needless to say that I’m beyond grateful , with this hot weather these mats bring comfort to my pets.

I tried them once and deeply regret it. Poor and damaged packaging, cheap product quality, and worst of all, a terrible return policy that requires you to pay return shipping all the way back to China!

You can't cancel the order, they just lie about the status of the parcel. They just resell products for 2-3x price from AliX and others.

Wish I could give 0 stars! The advert promised a buy 2 get 1 free offer! Then they said there was no such offer. Didn't want to give a refund. ( Which was promised too) SCAM SCAM SCAM!

Handles comfy enough too—definitely a good pick if you got mite troubles bothering ya. Grabbed this bad boy cause mite issues was getting mad annoying around my house. Worked like magic pretty quick and easy, high-frequency tech knocked those pesky bugs right out.

I laughed when i checked trustpilot after I made a purchase. All these negative comments must mean something! Anyway I kept getting emails about the tracking from where it was shipped. One day a Postmand came with it - so not totally scam. BUT the item is already broken, it was within a day. We bought the speedy tail or what it is called

I received the product and charged it. When I hold the power button it has a surge of power and then does nothing.
I have had to charge it twice with the same results.

scammers, they sell cheap products triple the price at least, you can't cancel your order one second after you order it they wont allow it, good luck returning it.

They sell products that were broken inside the package, stopped to work completly after less than 2 days. And they propose a compensation of 4USD on the 18USD.
Avoid this shop and save your money!

Delivery time is way way longer than they say on their site.

Delivery was slightly slow, taking about three weeks, but the stylish and sleek design makes up for it. Overall build quality feels solid and dependable. Reasonably priced considering the effective performance and the helpful results in managing household mite issues comfortably.

This is a scam. The goal of this company is to fool the customer.
Products are fakes, customer service is a prank and a joke. You ll never be refund and you ll never have the product you order...

whollysolve.com they are out there to mislead you from the beginning they are a scam what you see its what you get avoid these creatures .

They now are sending a square that looks like the innovative square not just a regular speed square. But it does not work like the video. The hinged fence does not lock into left, right, or center; it just flops around. The screw will not attach the aux fence to the square. Bubble is not accurate.
Worse than garbage. I don't want to throw away $50
But I guess I already did.

Update: 430pm pst, Package was delivered today, not on the 24th like their tracking said. However, it is not the new innovative rafter square, Is a regular rafter square I can buy for $5 at any hardware store. They did respond to my earlier email, quoting the product had been delivered. I responded it is not the item I ordered, please send a return label. This is their one opportunity to recover but I am not holding out for a positive conclusion. Add me to the list. Tracking says delivered to my mailbox on the 24th. Here is is the 26th and nothing. I have locked mailboxes. So no it can't be stolen, but it can be not delivered. I totally hate these thievin piece of shee- ite companies. What do the think, all i have to do is call the cc and claim fraud. I get my money back.

Same as everyone else, bought the smart square that was supposed to be shipped from Sydney, received normal square sent from China.
Sent them an email but scrolling through here doesn't fill me with hope

*Update* - I have now lost all faith in PayPal “Buyer Protection”. Despite every possible piece of evidence to indicate the scam detailed here, PayPal required I ship the fraudulent material back to the seller. To China. At my expense. I won’t be using PayPal to buy anything ever again if I can help it.

Original post: Same story as everyone else here. Bought a pair of “‘innovative’ rafter square tools” and was sent cheap knock offs with no hinged lip.
They claim they sent the correct product, but obviously this entire site is a scam business designed to bait and switch.

I am filing a dispute with PayPal. Will update on progress.
