Je tiens à partager mon expérience avec ce site qui, malheureusement, n’est pas satisfaisante.
Le 8 janvier, j'ai souscrit à une semaine d'essai, mais j'ai été débité de 29,99 € au lieu des 5,99 € initialement annoncés. Après avoir fait une réclamation, j'ai été remboursé et j'ai annulé tous mes autres abonnements.
Cependant, aujourd'hui, j'ai constaté un nouveau débit de 29,99 €, malgré l'annulation de mes abonnements. J'ai envoyé un email pour exprimer mon mécontentement, mais je reste sans réponse.
Je déconseille fortement ce site.

It's a scam don't trust it in fact don't trust me even Google AI will tell you . It's not a free trial don't give it your back details it has hidden charges and sets up reoccurring payments . doesn't even unlock the whole thing have to wait weekly it's just an over priced colouring book.

Utter dishonesty from this company. Hidden charges so cancelled my subscription. To my surprise, 6 days later another payment was taken out.
Apparently even though I have cancelled my subscription, and the payment came out, that still doesn't warrant a refund. Please enlightened me as to how this is so?
DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was.
So disappointed and will be taking the matter further & will be disputing the payment with my bank.
How a company thinks this is okay, I dont understand.

The charges displayed when advertising is different from what you pay once payment is initiated. Free trial changes to €14.99 per month! I am disappointed yet I wanted to use this app. Sorry but I don’t appreciate dishonesty. Meanwhile I have requested for a refund. Thank you.
