Be careful with the auto-renewal subscription.
I was charged for several months without realizing the subscription was still active. After contacting customer support and providing documentation, only the most recent charge was refunded as a one-time exception, while previous payments were denied based on the refund policy.
The cancellation and refund process was not straightforward, and required multiple contacts with support. I recommend reviewing the subscription terms very carefully before signing up.
