I wish that everyone knew what I now know after enrolling in the IIN Health Coach certification plan. Eight years ago, I was told I was pre-diabetic. This launched me into research because I was determined not to become diabetic. I changed what I was eating and lost weight, and my blood sugar balanced out. Then the COVID shutdown happened, and I stopped my healthy eating and incorporated alcohol way too frequently. I gained weight and had terrible health habits. I've struggled the past four years trying to get back on track. I biologist by education, I find that learning the science behind nutrition helps me tremendously. I enrolled in IIN to learn more. This program is amazing. I understand so much more now about nutrition and how the body works. Even more, it makes me realize that we are suffering at the hands of the big food industry. I want to educate everyone about nutrient dense food and that food isn't the only thing that keeps us healthy. IIN addresses the whole person and teaches you how to live holistically to be the best version of yourself. Who wouldn't want that?

IIN cambió mi vida.
Desde hace 10 años, había querido ingresar a IIN pero por una u otra razón, me fue imposible. Acabo de concluir mi curso. No puedo estar más orgullosa de mi. Ingresé pensando en lo mucho que iba a aprender y terminé transformándome. Conforme avancé en cada módulo, incorporé nuevos hábitos a mi vida, poco a poco, aprendí a construir una nueva versión de mí. Me inscribí pensando en sanar y llenar muchos vacíos que la medicina convencional me ha dejado en los últimos 12 años, y por supuesto para ayudar a mi familia; pero el conocimiento no sirve de nada si no se comparte y ahora siento una inquietante necesidad de compartir y ayudar. Esa es la verdadera humildad. Gracias a IIN dejé de pensar en salud como sinónimo de comida. Ahora alimento mis emociones, mi mente y espíritu al igual que a mi cuerpo, con amor y compasión. Evoluciono cada día en mi forma de ser, pensar y hacer, pero siempre buscando la congruencia entre los 3. Sigo aprendiendo e integrando diferentes conceptos a mi vida, pero es momento de ayudar a otras mujeres que como yo, nos hemos dejado en último plano por atender a nuestras familias, sin saber que si nosotras estamos bien, automáticamente nuestras familias también estarán bien. Estoy convencida de que los coaches en salud, somos el eslabón perdido entre los pacientes y la medicina convencional, y es momento de atender a la salud y no a la enfermedad.

Buenos días a todos , hoy quiero compartir mi experiencia en el curso de nutrición y salud, apesar de que estoy atrasada por mis tiempos laborales me puedo decir que me siento FELIZ de aprender pero sobre todo de como me ha ayudado y me transformo mi manera de pensar y de ver la vida siento que ha sido la mejor desición, implementarlo en mi vida ha sido un reto por mi actividad y las personas con las que comparto, pero aprendí a conocerme y entender que soy mi primer cliente, todo eso me llena de energia y felicidad y con esto ser una mejor, mama esposa, hija, hermana y amiga.
Cual es la prioridad para ustes compañeros? y cual es su proyecto de vida a futuro con su aprendizaje?

They’re very Real & always ready to help or give direction where you may find whatever you’re looking for as well as following up to ensure that 🙏 I really wish we had more opportunities or avenues to connect live or through email/ chat somehow to clarify at other times.

En Mayo del 2023 empeze mi viaje por IIN, y estoy a un par de meses de culminar esta hermosa experiencia en mi vida. En IIN he podido vivir una experiencia transformadora e unica, debido a que me ha retado a mejorar mi salud personal, pero tambien a nivel profesional podiendo saber que pasos tomar en mi futuro. Los profesores, el equipo de IIN siempre estan ayudando a creser y ser mejor para el futuro que se nos presentaran el futuro.
Es una expereicia que no me arrepiento de vivir y que pudeo recomendar a aquello que quiren inciar un viaje de tranformacion.

Mi experiencia en IIN ha sido un emocionante viaje de transformación y descubrimiento!
Este programa me ha llevado a explorar todos los aspectos de mi vida, mis relaciones y mis elecciones, impulsándome a establecer límites saludables y elevar mi bienestar general. Quedé sorprendida al descubrir cómo la salud mental y emocional influye directamente en nuestro bienestar físico. Gracias a IIN, ahora cuento con herramientas poderosas para enfrentar el estrés cotidiano y regular mis emociones, otorgándome una calma y fortaleza inquebrantables ante las pruebas de la vida.

Pero eso no es todo: este programa me ha brindado un viaje de autoexploración. Los profesores, maestros en sus especialidades y de gran experiencia, han compartido una gama de perspectivas que han nutrido mi crecimiento personal de maneras que nunca imaginé. Ser parte de la comunidad IIN no solo ha sido un impulso a nivel personal, sino que ha sentado las bases para mi proyección profesional. El respaldo constante, la inspiración y las herramientas brindadas por IIN me han dado el coraje de enfrentar nuevos desafíos con determinación.

Si me preguntas, recomendaría el programa de IIN con los ojos cerrados. Es una experiencia que no solo te transformará a ti, sino que también te equipará para marcar una huella perdurable en el mundo.

I signed up to the institute of integrative nutrition in November of last year and I am half way through the course. I was hesitant at first as the course is online and I have only ever participated in courses that have been in person however I can say that it has exceeded my expectations and provides a supportive learning environment.

As you move through the modules you gain a deeper understanding of all the different elements related to health. It is carefully broken down into modules and has a balanced combination of theory and assignments that are thought provoking and lead you on a journey of discovery and insight into your own health that is then fed into the coaching aspect.

Throughout the modules you meet experts in their field passionate about imparting their knowledge in a way that is engaging and captures your attention. One of the standout features of the course is the practical elements encouraging you to not only explore your own health, but a deeper dive into how you plan on using the course to build a career and guidance on how to set up a business.

The coaching circles are an opportunity for you to move through challenges you are experiencing on a personal and professional level and the chance to meet other students on the course and arrange times to meet to practice your coaching skills.

I went into the course with the objective of continuing my career in the wellness industry (I am a Pilates instructor) as a health coach and I am feeling empowered and confident that this is the right path for me.

If you are considering signing up to a health coaching course, I would recommend INN as the course carefully combines expertise, practical application, personal and professional development and a supportive community.

Absolutely loving the Core Health Coach training program! I'm 30% done with the course and have thoroughly enjoyed every part of the learning process with IIN. Personally, I've been in the health and wellness industry for over 10 years and through the beginning of course I've already learned so much. The variety of teachers is so refreshing! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to expand their knowledge, improve their personal health, and move forward to work with clients in the health coaching space.

This past year I had an opportunity to be part of the IIN Family. It truly was a wonderful program focusing on bio-individuality and multi-dimensional health (two areas that are extremely important to me). I initially joined IIN for my own personal learning, growth and transformation; however, during the program, I truly found my passion and want to share my love for wellness with others. I am now beginning to embark on my new career and so excited about what the future holds. IIN classmates I have met along the way have become very close friends and some IIN mentors (Dena!) have been so supportive @ IIN. I am so grateful for all their guidance and support!

The two downsides I experienced during the program was the slow responses from IIN's support team and the limited live coaching sessions. However, IIN does offer a Coaching Intensive Practicum if you are interested in pursuing further coaching support and eventually sit for the board exam.

All in all, I am very happy with my overall experience! Like anything in life, your experience will reflect what you put into the program. If you continually connect with your classmates and mentors on the FB page as well as other modalities you will absolutely love the program and thrive! :)

Estudiar en IIN es entender que la vida esta en nuestras propias manos, fue entender que estar saludable no significa que estas ausente de enfermedad sino que crees que ti mismo y que puedes lograr una estabilidad entre el cuerpo físico y mental. Entendí que volver a mí es definitivamente lo que necesitaba para crear un estilo saludable, porque sr vulnerable y compasiva conmigo misma hace que viva mi proceso con consciencia. Es una de las experiencias más importantes en formación profesional que tengo hasta ahora.

I attended IIN & met bare minimum requirements for graduation due to having a family medical emergency. This program has life changing content. It really evolves you as a person & helps you grow if you take it and apply it.

My 3 stars is due to the support team at IIN primarily. Once you pay the $4,500 + if not more now, they often don't answer your support messages or ignore them. They publicize so much how the support team is there for you for any questions, helping you establish everything after blah blah. Not true. I've requested extensions explaning the circumstances & nothing. The customer service is poor. This has been a constant problem for me. In addition, no one notified me there was limited access to the modules after graduation. My modules randomly shut down mid way through. No acknowledging anything. No emails beforehand indicating my modules are expiring so at least I could have hustled to finish if given a deadline in advance. All my messages to them go ignored & i just receive notifications that the enquiry was resolved. As a health coaching program you think you'd have a team that talks and communicates more when they teach these key things and how they contribute towards wellness. This has led to low reviews on my end. You make the massive investment, the least you can do is allow someone to fully immerse and finish the course, learn & grow from it. I don't feel the investment is worth it in my eyes. I would not recommend this course, there are plenty of other more detailed health coaching courses. Customer service is a huge part of a business & it makes or breaks a customer.

The Health Coach Training Program completely transformed my life. I was always interested in wellness / psychology, and because the program really focuses on multi dimensional health (physical health, emotional health, spiritual health and mental health), it felt right up my alley. The program ultimately showed me how to view myself and future clients as a holistic beings (versus just looking at diet / exercise, etc.)

The program was set up really well with a variety of learning materials (from reading to videos) where you got to learn from the best and most knowledgeable leaders in the industry. If you’re in this specifically to become a coach yourself or to build a business, they offered plenty of materials around business & marketing and plenty of opportunities to practice coaching on others.

Like anything, you get out of the program what you put into it. It’s all online, so it’s really on you to show up, do the work, figure out what works for you and what doesn’t, etc. But if you actually follow the advice given throughout the program, and you do the practice coaching, you can become a successful coach or just have a life changing experience for yourself (depending on your goals / reasons for enrolling).

Because of the Health Coach Training Program, I became a much healthier and happier version of myself, and I also developed a much better understanding of myself and clarify around my life / career path in general. The Health Coach Training Program kickstarted it all for me and I couldn’t recommend this program highly enough.

I am very thankful for finding this program. Listening to the various lectures and speakers has been enlightening and informative. The variety of speakers is wonderful and look forward to the rest of the program. I loved my coaching sessions with Dillan and Dianna . I do believe this program would benefit from more live coaching calls, lectures and sessions. It is the one thing that is lacking in the program. The coaching sessions were a way to gain feedback and have conversations with students and staff that was more helpful then just listening. Please add more live coaching sessions and if possible presentations.

Taking part in the coaching circle with Dena has fuelled me with confidence and creativity, going beyond lines and thinking "outside the box" and seeing coaching sessions as spaces of co creation. Dena's sharing of her knowledge and wisdom is truly appreciated. I felt heard, welcomed and everyone had a chance to share which was wonderful. Dena surely guided the session well and didn't let it get to off track and concluded beautifully.

Hacía tiempo quería estudiar HCTP en IIN, y final y felizmente comencé a hacerlo! Es más de lo que yo esperaba! sus contenidos son realmente educadores pero desde un lugar real, práctico y actual; y está muy bien diseñado, de modo que uno puede ir viendo por sí mismo a través del programa como todo está interrelacionado e interconectado en estos asuntos. Asimismo, a medida que avanzás en el estudio, también nos vamos transformando hacia una mejor versión de nosotros mismos, en la salud y también en las cuestiones del Circle of Life. Es realmente maravilloso cómo, más allá del objetivo por el cual decidamos hacerlo, nos lleva a un mayor bienestar y conciencia! Personalmente, estoy feliz y súper entusiasmada por ser parte de IIN! Lo recomiendo totalmente :)

I had wanted to study HCTP at IIN for a long time, and finally and happily I started doing it! It's more than I expected! Its contents are truly educational but from a real, practical and current place; and it's very well designed, so you can see for yourself through the program how everything is interrelated and interconnected. Likewise, as you progress in the study, we also transform ourselves towards a better version of ourselves, in health and also in Circle of Life issues. It is truly wonderful how, beyond the objective for which we decide to study this program, it leads us to greater well-being and consciousness! Personally, I am happy and super excited to be part of IIN! I totally recommend it :)

I wanna thank IIN for all the effort they've put in to come up with such an amazing program. It offers us the opportunity to be our true self and it is very resourceful to dive deep within. This journey is truly inspiring and I send all my best wishes to all the IIN team and coaches.

I have found a home with IIN. Great team, wonderful framework and learning has never been so fun! Dena has been a wonderful Coaching Circle Coach! She has wonderful tools and information that really helped me and lead me to look into different avenues of coaching.

This is an amazing program. I wish everyone in the world could take this. I have gone through great personal growth and transformation throughout this course as I implement new things that I have learned into my life. I am so excited to start my own coaching practice and help empower others to live a happier and healthier life.

Loved the program!! It was the perfect foundation for me that helped build my successful practice. I especially liked the regular live group calls. Most online nutrition schools do not offer that and you feel alone. But not with IIN, I always felt like I was part of a class, even the online graduation was nice. The layout of the course, all of the different speakers and nutrition theories. Nothing out there compares to what IIN has to offer. I use what I learned everyday in my practice with my clients.
