Visa was cancelled and the refund due to cancellation was smooth.

I recently took out travel insurance, but it turned out that I wouldn't need it, as my company also took out insurance on my behalf. I was afraid that Insurte would be difficult or refuse to refund me, but instead I was met with kindness, excellent service and quick help. They have been nothing but friendly and efficient. I cannot speak as to the insurance itsself, but if the service is this good for cancellation of a service, I can only imagine that their other services are excellent as well.
