Requested policy date change
As of now, it has been an amazing experience with the customer service.
I purchased a policy last month which was not used as I did not travel. So, I requested a change in the policy dates and within a 24-hour process it was changed, and a new policy was provided.

What a pleasant experience in this day and age, doing business with Insurte. When misfortune prevented our earlier trip, they kindly arranged for our travel insurance to be placed on hold, pending renewal of our intended travel and when the time came, facilitated the renewal of our insurance. We found them kind, understanding, friendly and helpful. What more can one ask.
