Probably the most helpful company so far!

Thank You, Insurte! 💛
While traveling from an island to the city, I discovered Insurte through ChatGPT and quickly registered for travel insurance for just €12-13, securing €30,000 coverage.

At the embassy, I realized the dates weren’t long enough to cover my flight—a frustrating situation.

I called customer service, and a kind lady answered the phone. She gave me a number to call, but after calling it four times with no response, I called her back.
She gave me another number, but again, no one answered.
I called her back once more, mentioning it was an emergency with my appointment approaching. She went above and beyond, giving me a personal number to resolve the issue—who does that?! I love her!

A gentleman on the personal line quickly fixed everything with kindness and efficiency.

Though I missed my appointment 💔, Insurte refunded both policies and showed incredible understanding.

Their genuine care and support blew me away. I’d gladly be their brand ambassador! Print a shirt saying “Insurte.com” on it and walk around.

Thank you, Insurte team—you’ve earned my trust for life!

Rapidité dans le traitement des demandes

Après avoir rencontré des difficultés pour obtenir un rendez-vous pour une demande de visa, j'ai sollicité une annulation du contrat d'assurance voyage auquel j'avais souscrit. Le contrat a été annulé et le remboursement de la prime versée a été effectué dans les 48 heures.
Je suis agréablement surpris par la célérité avec laquelle ma demande a été traitée, en particulier quand il s'agit de solliciter un remboursement auprès d'une société d'assurance.

Excellent service

Excellent service. I have asked them to change one of detail on the insurance document. It have done quickly and update me with the document.

good service

Easy and quick to purchase, at a reasonable price. However, I later discovered that the insurance wasn't required for the visa I applied for. Charlotte responded quickly and efficiently, and I received a full refund the next day.

Excellent customer service

I used Insurte when applying for a visa. The process was simple and quick. However, I later found that the insurance wasn’t applicable for the type of visa that I was acquiring. Insurte’s customer service asked for one bit of information and then provided me with a refund. No hassle. Responses were super quick as well.

The service is excellent

The service is excellent! Much appreciate the service of
Charlotte. I was so impressed today. I made an error while purchasing the insurance. I just contacted them and all sorted out in a single email. That was so quick! Very good service.

That was quick! I am highly impressed by the expedient…

I am highly impressed by the expedient and courteous service that I received from Chloe and Charlotte. They understood my issue and upon providing proper evidence, my problem was resolved!
However, a few of my earlier emails were not replied with any advise, or action.
I suggest that Insurte improve the telephonic customer service, so that in urgent situations customers could get some work done over the phone, instead of to-and-fro emails.
