My insurance policy has my details wrong (basic) they have my business name trading as 'my actual name' instead of the other way around.
When reading through it I still feel worried I don't have the cover the lessor wants from me and if providing the dcument to the lessor I am not confident they will be confident either!

Penalized for following Best Practice
The reason I have given this insurance provider a low score is based on my recent experience.
I have worked as a clinical psychologist for many years in both private practice and local government. Last year, a law firm requested access to the private clinical notes of one of my clients. I advised the firm that, in accordance with best practice, I could only release these documents if I was served with a subpoena.
The law firm responded by threatening to make a formal complaint against me. This caused me considerable stress. I contacted my insurer seeking advice, support, and professional representation, as I expected my insurance would provide guidance in a situation like this. Instead, I was simply told to "wait and see" whether the law firm actually lodged a complaint.
Fortunately, no complaint was ever made. However, when I attempted to renew my policy a few weeks ago, I was informed that my previous enquiry had to be investigated before my eligibility for renewal could be confirmed. This experience brought back the stress I had felt during the original incident. It left me feeling as though I was being penalised simply for seeking advice while carrying out my professional duties and following accepted best practice.
Overall, I do not feel that this insurer has my best interests at heart. Although I have renewed my policy, I did so purely for convenience, as I have unfortunately come to believe that there is little difference between professional indemnity insurers when it comes to supporting their members.
