Update: Professional Client service but Unclear subscription policies
Update: Some says later the client service sent me a proposal to have a refund of the entire price except the month I asked. The were very professional at this point, but nothing would have happened if the site was more clear in the subscription page.
11-12-2024: The format is useful and well done. But I had an issue with the payment. I needed a MONTHLY subscription and the site was unclear, so after the payment I discovered that I paid the bill for the entire year (119 euro) and not the monthly one. I immediately asked for the refund because I really don’t need the subscription for the entire year and I need my money back, but apparently there isn’t any policy of right of refund. I also asked to convert the subscription in the monthly one and having the refund of the difference but still no one answered me. And it’s really annoying
