Sie waren nicht die günstigsten – ich hatte Angebote von anderen Firmen erhalten, die um ein paar Hundert Euro niedriger lagen – aber ich habe es nicht bereut, mehr bezahlt zu haben. Sie haben ruhig und präzise gearbeitet, ohne Eile, aber auch ohne Zeit zu verschwenden. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Liebe zum Detail und die Höflichkeit des Personals. Ein professioneller Service, wie man ihn heutzutage nur noch selten findet.

Ich habe mich für Top Traslochi für einen Umzug von Italien nach Hamburg entschieden und habe mich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Antworten waren stets schnell, sowohl über WhatsApp als auch per E-Mail, im Gegensatz zu anderen Unternehmen, die Standardangebote verschickten oder Tage für eine Antwort brauchten.Ich musste Gemälde und sehr empfindliche Gegenstände transportieren: Das Unternehmen hat alles mit großer Sorgfalt abgewickelt und die besonders empfindlichen Güter mit Holzschutz verpackt, da es sich um wertvolle Objekte handelte.Der Service war äußerst professionell! Ich kann Top Traslochi wirklich empfehlen. Mit dem Inhaber habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt, fast so, als würde ich mit einem Freund sprechen. Außerdem hat er mir hilfreiche Tipps gegeben, um beim Umzug Geld zu sparen, da ich zunächst einen Service mit Möbelaufzug angefragt hatte, den ich in Wirklichkeit gar nicht benötigte. Eine rundum sehr positive Erfahrung!

Top Removals was an excellent choice! I moved from Liverpool to Milan, relocating a 4-room house with a total volume of 40 cubic meters. Everything went exactly as planned and without any issues.
On moving day, they arrived with a truck and immediately started dismantling and packing everything. When I returned home in the afternoon, everything was already loaded onto the truck. They handled the customs process themselves; unlike other companies, they didn’t ask me for a lot of documents or explanationseverything went very, very smoothly.
In Milan, the truck couldn’t access the city center for delivery, so the day before, they unloaded all my belongings at their depot and transferred everything into two vans, which they then used to deliver my items without a single scratch or damage. Mihai was always available and clear in his communication.
The team was punctual, well-organized, and incredibly fast in completing the job.
