Instant Hydration
Great taste and fast delivery. I will admit that I usually mix mine in about 24 ounces of water as it still tastes amazing and is less salty tasting… P.O.G is my favorite so far followed by watermelon and cherry limeade!

Poor Customer Service
The product is good. But you can't have a great product, as I'm sure this company strives to have, without good customer service. My subscription orders have take two weeks to be delivered. The subscription email reminders come early in the morning (4am for example) the day of and then within a few hours the order is processed. This is not enough time to adjust a subscription! I don't even know if I'd call such short notice a reminder. Then if you have any questions about your subscription or order, you'll receive an automatic email about how they're "experiencing a higher volume of messages." Expect to not get an actual response for a few days later, too late for proper help or for anything to be resolved.

I love the taste and the way I feel
I love the taste and the way I feel! I avoided electrolytes before because I never enjoyed the flavor, but this Instant Hydration does flavor right. I feel the difference in energy, focus, and strength during exercise when I drink this product vs just drinking water. I'm hooked!

Functional & Great for Training
This definitely has been saving me from fatigue and cramping during my half marathon training! It's become a routine to drink a packet before my workouts now. Love how subtly sweet the Lychee flavor is.

Tried two packs, lychee and watermelon. While watermelon is a popular flavor for hydration, lychee was an uncommon one. And it was my instant favorite. Smaller packets compared to some popular competitions but effectivity remained the same. Available in 10 flavors. Looking forward to trying more
