Did not consent to subscription and cannot immediately cancel
On the basis of some reviews of the product I placed an order last night. So why am I writing a one star review today?
As soon as I'd placed the order, I saw the word "subscription" in my order acknowledgement. Wha...? Without informing me or getting my consent, I'm apparently now subscribed to receive this stuff every month! Tried to immediately cancel the subscription and their website will not allow it, saying I need to wait two weeks.
I put a reminder on my calendar to try again in two weeks and I also blocked future purchases on PayPal - thank goodness I used PayPal for the purchase and have that option.
I'm not even going to try to cancel the order at this point because a lot of further digging online about this company revealed that this sort of extremely dodgy behavior is just how this company operates and it would be fruitless.
At this point I hope to actually receive my order and even if the product is the nectar of the gods I will no longer do business with Instant Hydration. A company that operates like this deserves to go out of business.

They won’t let you cancel without paying!
I followed a link that claimed to give me a big discount as a first time customer however, after checking out, I realized it was for only a 12 pack for a full $35 plus shipping! Somehow this was considered a discount. I immediately (literally a few minutes after creating the order) realized this and cancelled the order. However, they claimed it was too late to cancel after only responding to my cancellation more than a day later. They said instead I would have to return the full package to get some of my refund minus the shipping. I still haven’t received the package so there is no way their shipping was so fast they couldn’t cancel it. This felt predatory and on purpose, and regardless of what I end up thinking once I finally receive the product, I will no longer buy a single thing from such a dishonest company. Terrible customer service and terrible first and LAST experience.

Instant Hydration is my favorite
Instant Hydration is my new favorite, especially the Passionfruit Orange Guava flavor. I am on a subscription and was very easy to manage to fit my needs. I can skip and swap flavors easily. I feel refresh and energized. Keep up the good job!

Tastes like soap. Horrible taste. Good customer service
I have tried 4 flavors of this Instant Hydration product and they all have an underlying flavor of soap. Absolutely disgusting taste. The Raspberry flavor is the worst. The only way I can drink it is to incorporate a packet into a green juice drink to cover up the soap taste.
Do not buy
Update: Customer service contacted me and explained how to return the product. That was very helpful. Now I am waiting for the credit back. I was told there will be a fee for the shipping

Tried several different brands! The mango pineapple is now my favorite! No reason to go back to any other brands! Feel so much better when I use this daily!

The flavors and clean ingredients relative to others makes Instant Hydration the only electrolyte powder I use in my drinks. Crazy how much better I feel after I drink it most days.

I’ve tried so many hydration powders…
I’ve tried so many hydration powders over the years and Instant Hydration is hands down my favorite. The flavors are actually good (not overly salty or artificial tasting), and I love that it’s zero sugar but still tastes amazing. It mixes super easily and doesn’t leave that weird aftertaste some other brands do.
I started using it during workouts, but now I drink it daily I'm addicted! I feel more energized and less sluggish when I’m consistent with it. It’s one of those products that once you try it, you don’t want to be without it.

I really enjoyed the products and the subscription was very easy to pause and edit. I started off with ordering the MVP bundle on subscription. Towards the end of the month, I still had a decent amount of product so I went in and pushed the delivery date back for my next order.

Incredible product! I have tried many competitors, LMNT, LiquidIV and Waterboy and this product is the highest quality from an ingredients perspective and tastes the best. The flavors are also super fun, I LOVE the Raspberry!!
