I've ordered multiple flavors and am addicted. I'm a heavy water drinker so this seemed to be a no brainer given the benefits of something I was already doing. However, I really did not expect the flavors to enhance my water so much. It's really kind of ruined "normal" water for me permanently. PS, the POG flavor is 10/10.

A girl in my boxing class gave me a few packets and I was so surprised by how they made me feel! I had to order my own and am now subscribed to multiple flavors so I have variety. I drink one every day… even 2 if I’m really dehydrated after boxing. I’m totally hooked

All the flavors are so good. As a breastfeeding mom, I drink IH to replenish my hydration and keep my supply up. It makes it really easy to chug a lot of water! Fave flavors are lychee, paloma, & raspberry!!

Instant Hydration was very helpful when I traveled. Less fatigue, recovery from jet lag was faster. I have not been suffering from cramps since I took it last year.

Typically purchase Liquid IV but a friend recommended I give these a try. Was pleased by the amount of flavors they had to offer. Signed up for email to get a discount but might need to opt for subscription next time as I ended up loving them.

I work nights shifts and one day I feel so drained with how tough the previous shifts was so, one day on my day off I woke up in the middle of the night throwing up and I opened up the cherry flavor and drank it. It did help me replenish the electrolytes that I loss. So from then, I gradually add instant hydration in my routine. Contrary, to what others believe that it will give you cravings of salts or sugar that didn’t happen to me. As it boosts me up after a long tiring day at work.

A friend of mine gifted us a few packets and tried it. It did help me to feel hydrate through the day. So if you're a person who rarely drink their water, this will help you.

Been lovin’ all the flavors from Instant Hydration so far, but Lychee has definitely been my favorite! I see comments about how it can taste too strong or too salty, but I typically add more water to my electrolyte packets anyhow. It goes a long way!

I am so glad I found Instant Hydration! Love the variety of flavors and all taste great. Order arrived quickly with exactly what I ordered. Saving money bc I only need one whereas I used to need 2-3 at a time with other products.

I wanted to change my monthly subscription flavor 2xs in the past 3 months. Both times I reached out by email and both times I was assisted in making the change. Now I have clearer direction in how to make the change myself within the product site. My only real complaint is that My OG subscription was for Raspberry, and while I enjoy it I don't think I could drink it every month- for a year! That's why I change it monthly.
It would be great if there was a way I could automatically pick my flavors for Each Month ahead of time so they would automatically arrive without me manually changing it before my next order.
Also, if the variety box had More than 12 sticks. More practical would be a months supply variety box. As long as it's priced the same as a month if a single flavor- I'd buy that Every Month!
You don't eat 1/same food every day for a month, do you? (Maybe you do, I don't).
Overall, my experience has been good. I like the products, use them nearly every day. More variety would get 5 stars from me.

Instant Hydration has completely changed my routine. The flavors are actually GOOD (not overly sweet or salty), and I genuinely feel a difference in my energy and hydration levels. It mixes easily, travels well, and has become a daily staple for workouts, travel, and long days. Highly recommend.

So far I’ve been really impressed by Instant Hydration. The best tasting electrolyte powder I’ve had. Easily was able to adjust my order as I figured out the flavors I liked.
