Inntravel Omdömen 

We just completed a 6 day walk in the Brecon Beacons using Inntravel. Everything went perfectly. Directions were clear. Transportation and baggage was spot on. Hotels were fabulous. Highly recommend.

Another great hiking trip with InnTravel in Turkey. The Lycian Way East had very rewarding, beautiful walks full of historic interest and with some lovely swimming opportunities, good hotels (two of the four absolutely wonderful places) and excellent help with transfers etc.

Our Scandinavian city explorer was excellent from beginning to end. All arrangements were well handled and well communicated - travel (flights, trains, ferry), hotels and walking notes were great. Hotels all centrally located and good quality.
Overall good value for a Scandinavian adventure.

Our walking holiday in Switzerland could not have been better organised. The travel arrangements (quite complex) worked perfectly, and the hotels were well-chosen (good food - half-board -and comfortable accommodation).
The suggested walks and excursions were easy to use and thoroughly enjoyable. Things went a bit wrong at the end of the holiday when we were marooned by the big air-traffic control failure, but Inntravel (and BA) stepped up and provided prompt and excellent help - all ended happily.

We have recently returned home from a wonderful “stroll in the Italian Dolomites” holiday. Our hotel, La Perla exceeded our expectations; this family run hotel was friendly, relaxed, had great food and an excellent spa. The walks were all at the right level for us. We used the cable cars to reach the mountains and walked at the top with amazing views. It was easy to get around using the hotel shuttle and free public transport. All of the information provided by Inntravel was accurate and the walk notes easy to follow. We added on a 3 night stay in Innsbruck which was also great; again the Hotel Maximilian was a fantastic base with a very good breakfast and all the information provided was really helpful. We hope to use Inntravel again and would recommend them. I

Inntravel has never failed us. Our holiday on the quiet side of the Italian Riviera lived up to its name. Due to a knee injury we weren't able to walk as much as would have wished (although we did a couple of walks and the information worked well) Given these limitations we were in the best possible hotel Edera which was perfect in every way as was the lively but uncrowded town of Moneglia. Close proximity to the rail station made moving around possible for the injured

Our first time using Inntravel.
We had a great holiday in Puglia with a great choice of locations and hotels. Inntravel supplied us with a very comprehensive booklet of information regarding the travel arrangements, destinations, hotels and much more besides.

We had a wonderful time walking in the Dolomites. The great thing about Inntravel is that you are not in a group and so can please yourself about what you choose to do, and how you pace yourself.
The travel arrangements worked well, with perfect transfers.
Accommodation and food were first class.
The best thing was the choice of gorgeous hiking routes, which made every effort to avoid crowds. Directions were clear, paper and digital, were clear.
All in all, a well-arranged and most enjoyable holiday.

We were a party of 3, two of us in our later 80s and one in his early 50s. We all had a fantastic 10 days thanks to Inntravel’s carefully organised holiday. We appreciated the complete freedom to do as we wished once there coupled with the comprehensive notes that enabled us to make the best of our time. The hotel could not have been better. We plan to go back next year.

All of our experiences with Inntravel have been effortless and well-managed. This most recent trip to Scandinavian cities was no exception. While we didn’t hike from inn to inn this time, we did enjoy the suggested walks in the cities. We also enjoyed the hotels that we have come to expect will be lovely, accommodating, friendly, and well-situated. We recommend Inntravel to anyone who asks about our European adventures.

Another great holiday organised excellently by Inntravel. This time we explored Puglia, staying in Lecce, Locorotondo, Trani & Matera. We travelled between each place by train & taxi - all organised by Inntravel. Our hotels were all excellent & our guided walks were full inaccurate & informative. I wouldn’t hesitate to go on another holiday with Inntravel & highly recommended them.

I have used Inntravel twice now, on a friends recommendation, and it has proved to be an excellent service.
Both holidays have been cycling holidays, the hotels, bikes and information has been excellent.
We had an issue on our second holiday, which was promptly resolved by Inntravel.

We walked The Douro for 9 nights, including 2 in Porto. The trip was very well organised with great hotels, excellent route notes and GPX files and efficient service. We would strongly recommend this holiday both for the scenery and the food and wine.

Just returned from an Inntravel holiday in Madeira - everything was good as usual; good hotels, good organisation and good walks

The "Quiet Side of Lake Garda" holiday was a good mix of walks and sightseeing options. The family-run Hotel du Lac was very comfortable with terrace overlooking the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Access to the private beach/swimming in the lake was a bonus. Restaurants varied but were mostly good.

First time experience of Inntravel and it all worked to perfection (I have used a variety of companies in the past and Inntravel rate well against them). Booking was simple, travel documents were received timely and were accurate, hotels provided were impeccable, luggage transfers (and the one pax transfer) worked very well. Thankfully I didn't need to use Inntravel for any faults or issues either before or during my trip but I am fully confident that if I had needed them, they would have served me well. I would happily consider booking with them again.

We hiked as a group of 4 from Inn to Inn and were impressed with the accommodation, baggage transfers and route maps. One or two tweaks we would make to the routes if we were in this area again (to increase the miles) but having done the South Coastal Path from St Ives to Penzance last year (with another company) we were delighted that this Norfolk Coast was as described. The same could not be said for the South Coastal Path! The team at Inntravel are very quick to respond to questions and send out their information packs in a timely manner. We would recommend them to others.

We decided to combine a visit to the Dolomites and Lake Garda. To connect the two holidays Inntravel sent us on a route over 50 miles away from the direct route and so it took nearly 6 hours to travel from Ortisei to Gargnano. We spent over 3 hours in two taxis and 2 hours 20 on a train, which, if we had travelled directly would have taken 2 hours 40 in total. Even the taxi driver could not understand the route they had chosen for us. There was a complete lack of organisation within the company- it took weeks to book-they blamed their booking system. When the information was sent out to us, I noticed they had booked the taxi at the wrong time so I had to call them up to get it changed. They sent out the wrong flight times-I only picked this up when I checked in online. We stayed in Gargnano but only one of our walks for the area started from there. It is a quiet area and so there are few buses and ferry transfers from there. It all just seemed very disorganised and it is frustrating having to keep checking arrangements when that should be what we are paying for! The hotel we stayed at in the Dolomites was great and the taxi drivers were lovely but organisation at the company needs to be massively improved. I have travelled on walking holidays twice with Inghams and never had any problems-I will be going back to them.

this was our second Inntravel self-guided walking holiday and it was superb. The walks were challenging but stunning, the accommodation was first class and the transfers went smoothly. Highly recommended.
