Full marks to the Operative
The operative (M Rooke) advised me when he was on his way, was polite and informative on arrival, performed his work unobtrusively and then clearly and succinctly explained his findings.
Efficient service
Marcus (101969) arrived promptly and was polite and helpful. He investigated the issue thoroughly and explained his findings to me and answered my questions very patiently.

From reporting my situation to my Insurance company everything moved quickly & smoothly.
Two work colleagues arrived in separate vans 4 days after reporting. Gave an honest opinion of what can be done to resolve the blockage, also worked on the drain(s) to ensure cleared to the best of what they could do. Advised the next course of action & I have been updated by the Innovation Group.
The weather was cold damp & miserable but the two colleagues who I believe are Brenda (a nickname) & I can’t work out the “bosses name” looks like MRoove or MRoome. Sorry! We’re upbeat & put my mind at ease. Thank you.

Appalling customer service
After making a claim in September which was ignored until I chased it in December, being told that if the claim was successful the excess would be paid out of the final settlement.
Then having the damage assessed and a moisture survey done in January absolutely no contact. I have rung and emailed nothing has been responded to.
Then on 10.02.26 I finally get called from a contractor to advise they need to come and rip up my floor, I have at this point had no confirmation of what is being covered or when this payment will be payment will be made.
Today I get told by the contractor that they need to collect the excess from me next week! Still no written confirmation of anything!
The whole process is appalling, unprofessional and most staff are rude.
One customer service rep told me there was no support she couldnt speak to a manager as she worked from home and had never seen anyone from the company.
Innovation should be utterly ashamed of their service skills.
Yet my wait continues!!!!

Clean work in the mud
On a cold and wet early morning, the technician, Alex, explained the nitty gritty of why he was going to dig two large holes in our front garden. reassuring us with a friendly attitude. He worked at an amazing pace, filling up several large basins with the muddy clay. At some point, he was lying in the hole, trying to grab something.
After he'd left, we couldn't see any trace of his work. Well done Alex!

Underground leak
Chris and Charlie located and fixed our underground leak today. They did a good job, explained what was happening and were friendly and polite.
Allan & James excellent job.
Allan & James arrived on time and were very friendly, undertaking the replacement of 2 drain hoppers in a very professional manner and with a minimum of mess. On completion they tidied up the work area and left it in a very good state.

There was lots of problems ,but they just found a resolution to them all.
I had 3 visits.
first visit stopped the leak. 2 men ( sorry forgoten your names) unblocked my drain by hand.Each of there staff were supportive,especially Kim who dug by hand and replaced the drain on the 3rd visit . He even worked round access problems, thank you kim.
Had to come through house and made no mess.
Cant thank them enough.
Even the office staff kept me up to date on everything.
I had just come out of hospital when my soak away collapsed and it flooded in my downstairs wet room and they looked after me,supported me through a disaster and all the team were amazing.
