Danny and Jason came on time and just got on with the job. They were polite and friendly.

The drain man was very polite, considerate and informative.

The team that arrived from Innovation Group were polite, considerate, courteous and informative.
They discussed what there were doing and left the areas they were working on in were left in excellent shape.

Declan & Brendan from Innovation Group attended on time and were very professional throughout the visit. They clearly explained the purpose of the geotechnical inspection and what the process would involve, which made everything easy to understand.

They worked efficiently and were respectful of the property, ensuring everything was left in good condition afterwards. Overall, a smooth and reassuring experience during what can otherwise be a stressful insurance process.

The operatives were very polite, informative and carried out the work with minimal disruption or fuss.

Alex Bull from Innovation Group was great at talking me through the process of the geotechnical testing. He was competent, knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. Definitely felt like I was in safe hands.
