I like how customizable the software is. I can sent rent payment ratios if there is roommates, I can set how the rent is paid, how the late fees are calculated, and so much more. Customization far exceeds any other property management software.

I started using Innago when I started managing my families rental properties. With an apartment complex and multiple single family homes, Innago has been a huge help.

A good amount of our tenants love being able to pay their rent through the app for only a $2 fee. They also appreciate the ability to report maintenance issues through the app.

Innago is the best of the best, they provide good customer service, they never stop innovating, it's free, security is number one, I can collect my rent for free and tenants only pay a reasonable fee, I can do screening, credit report, expense report and more.

First of all, It is free.
As a property manager, saving an operational cost means saving landlord's expenses and lower the tenant's expenses.
I didn't expect too much of customer service at first, however, I was wrong. very responsive and willing to help their customers! I know there are some glitches and hiccups but none of them are perfect. some of my issues has been resolved very quickly, others are not but it is not the end of the world. I would feel bad if my issues were not treated with paid services. I've been using Innago.com for several years and it made my job much easier.
I've also tried other free services, but Innago.com is way better than other free services. Hope they don't start charging subscription fees because many of users like me will be very disappointed. Star as you are! I will stay in here!

The setup was so simple and streamlined. I only have one rental property but found that I would continue using Innago if I had any more.

Update: I noticed that this review was labeled as "unprompted," however I submitted this review because of an incentive from Innago. I never received what was initially promised. It doesn't change my review of the software itself but I wanted that to be noted in this review.

With Innago, we can track out expenses, and the income we bring in. Being able to provide leases online, e-sign, and maintain everything in one place has been fantastic. Invoices sent automatically, late fees applied, document management functionality, and being able to pay rent is fantastic. The ease of integrations and the implementation time it took was very minimal, allowing us to use the product daily. If you have any issues, customer support is there to assist, and are pretty responsive.

I have over ten years of property management experience and I have used all the property management software out there. Innago by far is the most tenant and landlord friendly software to use. For indie PM's , Innago keeps you looking professional and sleek.

With my first property that I own and wanting to continue to grow my portfolio, this system was easy to get started with. It has all the basics and more features than I have been able to explore. It’s easy to use and set up. So far I’m happy with the product.

Innago is intuitive and easy to use. I could quickly set up the things I wanted to use. I tried several other property mgmt solutions, but I didn't like those. I'm a small scale owner/landlord with only several homes, but I manually manage them. I liked the flexibility that I can use features (payment collection, listing, etc) if I want but I'm not forced to do. This allows me to pick and chose what I need.

Innago might not be as feature rich as some other paid alternatives, but it is perfect for my needs. I'm glad I found this, keep up the good work.

I tried out Innago to manage my rental for my most recent renter, and honestly, I don’t know how I ever did this without it. It takes care of everything! From screening tenants, to background checks, to creating a lease, and signing it electronically, to rent collection, and even maintenance reporting. The tenant portal is nice and makes me look professional. They can submit maintenance requests, send messages, and it keeps everything organized in one spot for them (and me!).

The lease creation process was also very nice. It allowed me to upload my own lease, then place form fields to be filled in from the application like tenant name, rental dates ,etc. Then place fields where I wanted things to be e-signed. Then I can save that as a template for all other rentals of this type in my state.

Their customer support is awesome too. I was a little confused during the onboarding wizard because one section wasn’t showing as complete. Turns out, I had missed entering some banking info for receiving rent. I reached out, and their team responded fast, were friendly, and knew what they were doing.

And it’s free for landlords, which still blows my mind considering how much I get out of this system. The tenant pays them for their background check, and they get charged a % fee if they pay rent on a credit card, or there is a small (currently $2) fee if they use ACH. I chose the option to pay that, so ACH is free to the tenant and incentivizes them to use that more solid payment option. They can even automate the rent payment. Nice!

Having used another system before this, and no system at all, I found the process of onboarding a new tenant MUCH easier with Innago. I highly recommend them and will be using them for other rentals as I grow my business.

Innago is a great beginner friendly property management software. As a new landlord, Innago has made it extremely simple and organized to track income, expenses, maintenance requests and everything else landlord related. I have tried some of the paid management software's that were nowhere near as well put together as Innago. Highly recommend for any landlord, regardless of portfolio size.

I love automatic invoicing, reminders, maintenance tickets, expenses, payment processing using a bank draft or credit card. I'm able to send bulk email messages to tenants regarding policy changes, their Innago account, freeze warnings. Properties, leases and month-to-month is easy to set-up. We are first time landlords for 14 units and this software has been so helpful. AI customer service is fast and informative, live tech support has been quick to help me figure out any problems. I highly recommend!

Have not found anything to dislike about Innago. One improvement would be a link I could put on my website to directly open a maintenance ticket.
