Innago has all the major features that are required for property mgmt. I've been using it for around a year and really like the Leasing, rent collection, reporting and analysis, and transaction view. Recommend to anyone looking to self manage rental properties.

Innago is a great property management software that I have been using for over 2 years. It is very easy to use and my tenants love convenience of the payment portal. It also has a great maintenance ticketing system that most paid for programs can't match.

Innago is easy-to-use and easy-to-implement property management software where you can track everything from maintenance work requests to rent payments due and even run your tenant background checks. Love the ease of use, all in one place for multiple properties. Highly recommend.

Innago has been the best! There is no other property management software that has the ability to keep track of payments and accounting without charging the property management company.

I use Innago for my property management and it has been great! The application process is easy, the app takes my tenants rents each month and send them directly to my bank account, and sends invoices to each of my tenants when they pay or I document they paid me directly. The app also published my listings in 5 different rental sites for easy advertising. And all of this has been free to me! I would highly recommend.

Using Innago to collect rent from my tenants has really simplified things. I used to have to monitor money coming in as checks, Zelle payments, wire transfers, and then hassle people when their rent was late. Now Innago tracks all that and then sends ME an email notifying me when someone’s rent is late as well as reminding the tenant. Way easier.

The only thing that is a little clunky is that the way the system handles scheduled rent increases that are built into the lease. You have to add the increase as a repeating fee on top of the usual invoice. None of my tenants could figure out how to get autopay to update to the right amount. I had to terminate the old lease and then put in a new one with the new amount. Even so, it’s a fantastic service for the price.

The company is very responsive to customer needs and is committed to teaching its users how to get the most of the software. They offer webinars on each feature and updates, they have robust help references and chat support as well.

Excellent property management software for small time landlords. It easily allows for a place to manage the units. I really Like that my tenants have a way to see invoices, automate online rental payments and request maintenance. It's offers a clear way to do all the basics of what I needed To do to effectively manage my small rental portfolio.
