Completely negative experience using this platform. There are no safety measures in place for fraud payments, their platform is clunky to use, and they don’t have provisions in place to help a landlord dispute issue and instead add additional fees. We had an issue with tenant reversing payment months after their lease ended and Innago withdrew funds without any notification to us. We would absolutely not recommend this service and this process revealed several other concerns. For any serious landlord, I would recommend going with a more vetted platform that has more protections in place.

So far, Innago has had some hiccups. Some are on my end learning the system. But it's a nightmare trying to reach support, especially when issues are urgent and you have no idea when you will hear back.

A rude man called me this morning, and I was in the middle of handling a leak for one of our homes. I asked if I could call right back, his response was that if I did, no idea when I would hear back. I tried asking additional questions, he abruptly said he had to end the call because he was going into a meeting.

It would be nice if they could provide at least a 4-hour callback window. Based on my experience so far, I am not a fan of being talked down to and no knowing when they will call back. As of right now I would not to recommend this software to large landlords/property management companies.

Innago ha so many tools that work flawlessly, like Applicants Screening, Tenants Screening, Background checks, rental history checks, income checks, etc. The payment integration is very convenient and easy to use. In general, the user interface is very friendly and simple to understand.

The automation of the invoices has been a great tool. Not having to think about it but being able to track where everything is during the process. The interface of each rental and the paperwork management is also easy to use and organize.

I like Innago's user-friendly UI, making it easy for my tenants to use. The support has been surprisingly responsive, which I appreciate considering it's largely a free platform. Transitioning from a property management team to managing my rentals solo was smooth, thanks to the extra help from the support team and the intuitive interface. It's doing a great job with rent collection and maintenance, which used to be a pain to manage. Plus, I love that Innago basically does the same job that my property manager used to charge me 5% for.

Innago has been a reliable and easy‑to‑use platform for managing my rentals. The interface is clean, everything is organized logically, and the workflows for applications, leases, payments, and communication run smoothly. It saves me time every week and makes day‑to‑day operations much easier.

Support has also been consistently responsive, which gives me confidence using Innago as my main system.

The only improvements I’d love to see are deeper integrations — especially a direct Booking.com API connection, real‑time availability sync with Airbnb, and tools for auto‑posting listings to Facebook and other platforms. More advanced reporting and automated financial imports would also make the system even stronger.

Overall, Innago delivers real value, and with a few upgrades, it could become a true all‑in‑one operator dashboard.

Over the past 20 years, we have utilized a variety of property management software solutions, at great expense and time. As a boutique operation managing the properties of solely our clients, Innago provided a full platform without charge. Changing to Innago has saved our company thousands annually. I would encourage any investor or property management entrepreneur to try Innago and realize that the "big" software packages are not necessarily the best.

From the start working with Innago has been pretty easy and has made my life as a landlord way easier. Most importantly it helped me with rent collection and with lease signing. Especially making these transactions with tenant all done online, it helps when I cannot be doing stuff in person and this also has a byproduct of clearly making the choices available to tenants in line with their rental agreement. For example I can make the settings of Innago to not accept partial rent payments (this protects a landlord from some common scams). The tenants seem to like it as well.

The Costomer support of Inngo has been fast and friendly. The website is mostly intuitive. I have gotten used to it and find it easy to use .

What works, works well and easily except for referring out maintenance requests to Innago's partners, which has never worked.

Until today, what worked included payment processing. As of today, my tenant's rent payments are being delayed. A one-day hold turned into 5. The explanation was more processing work than they're able to keep up with. Also reflected in a new listing I'm trying to post. it reflects as "Active" within Innago however, my listing appears on none of the syndicated sites. I couldn't get a human in support today except by leaving a voice mail or sending an email - unusual for business hours. I'm very concerned at what I'm experiencing. My rents are my income. No listing, no tenant, no rent. No rent, no income.

Update: I did receive a payment one day late. Not too bad but, where it concerns my money, my income, if it doesn't "work" as represented (or, better), I will ultimately lose trust. That your application is almost-free, shouldn't serve as a buffer for "processing delays." Rather, I would prefer to see you exceed processing expectations to at least the same extent as your application features and interface exceeds most expectations.

Even though I requested the lowest tier background check when I went to pay the cost was higher than it stated it would be and when my tenant went to fill out the screening it included questions that would have only come from the higher tier. Although the tenant finished filling out all the questions in front of me and it said that it was waiting on the landlord to review, my portal showed it was waiting on the tenant to review. Given the time sensitive nature of an urgent move in I chose to pay for TransUnion smart move and attempt to get a refund from Innago since they charged me the wrong tier and their platform appeared to have gotten stuck on a critical step when I needed something that was timely. The TransUnion background check went through just fine and very quickly but Innago refused to refund stating that essentially they already ran the report even if it wasn't available to me and since they did the work and got charged for it they weren't going to refund me regardless of charging me for the wrong thing and the website being functionally useless so I never got the report.

I signed up for Innago property management portal this month to manage a few of my properties easier and deciced to test it out with one of my new tenants who was switching properties with me. He submitted his deposit as well as his first month without issue and all was well up until the morning that the funds were suppose to be settled into my account.

When trying to login that afternoon before as well as the morning before my account was blocked from access as well as my tenant. Since i've researched online and have seen that this has been done to not a few but several people which is a little fishy to me. I've sent an email over as of 2AM to get the ball rolling on whatever the outcome will be but I want to be proactive and ensure I have customer service due to the amount of funds that are being held.

To be clear Innago isn't a bank and I do no have time or need for my or tenants funds to be parked at a place for their use in the meantime. These funds either need to be settled or refunded back to the tenant to use a different platform.

why the rent payment system is fine , There website is hard to navigate and just does not make sense . Needs to be revamped .

The ease of managing rentals is amazing. We'ev alwasy tried to do it manually and this softwarre is a game changer!
