All information given to me was great, Rachel was very patient in explaining everything to me. She was friendly and easy to talk with, and went beyond in any questions that I could not think of. I truly wanted to purchase the plan, yet later after thinking it thru, I decided to wait. I am close to retirement, and am nervous about adding another bill.

Sherry was incredibly helpful
Sherry was incredibly helpful. She was knowledgable, answered all my questions and was patient as I questioned everything. I had a freeze on my credit report so we couldn't finish up that night. I unfroze it and she called me back the next day as promised.

Daniel was above and beyond the best associate I’ve talked to. I have dealt with ATT, direct tv and dish. He was extremely professional patient and understanding. Actually made a very stressful day trying to take care of my mother in law end in a good note. Thank you Daniel for your patience and humor.
