These people get paid for selling you internet service. They will tell you everything just to get you to sign up right away. They are not honest. I was on a call requesting information on Earth link. After being transferred twice , I think they realized they did not have service and told me they were going to transfer me there business service department , instead they transferred me to a Comcast salesman. I think they get credit for all new account. But I did not want transferred to comcast without knowing it.

My experience with the operator was great, she was very helpful and knowledgeable in answering any questions about the services you all offer

Peter was exceptionally helpful, friendly and a joy to chat with. He made the entire experience of signing up for two different services very easy. He explained every detail and ensured that I understood each item.
