I contacted them becase I needed help regarding the change of dates of rental on the platform which was discussed and approved by my landlady. I was given the impression that the date change would be handled. My landlady contacted them as well to confirm that she agreed on the change and they told her that this is impossible. After I asked them why is that there was silence. I sent 4 messages over the course of 3 days, but none of them received a response. Highly unprofessional and poor customer service.

However one flaw would be the incorrect prices presented by each accomodations. Every time I asked for an apartment, the response was that the price has been updated the very particular day. So it has been a long process, but in the end we found the apartment for the price we asked.

I recently had the misfortune of using InLifeHousing.com, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I feel compelled to share my story to save others from the frustration and disappointment I endured.
My name is Mariana, and I was in search of an apartment to rent when I stumbled upon InLifeHousing.com Initially, it seemed promising, and I found an apartment that met my requirements. I made the payment and eagerly awaited confirmation.
However, what followed was a series of events that left me utterly disillusioned. My request was inexplicably denied, and InLifeHousing.com assured me that I would receive a refund within approximately 10 days. That was the first red flag.
To add to my misery, they sent me a receipt for the refund, which only served to heighten my expectations. But when I contacted my bank, they informed me that they had received no such payment from InLifeHousing.com. This blatant contradiction left me bewildered and infuriated.
I made countless attempts to reach out to their customer support for assistance, but it was all in vain. The lack of response and utter disregard for my situation left me in a state of desperation, as I urgently needed my money for other essential expenses.
InLifeHousing.com's complete failure to provide the promised refund, coupled with their unresponsiveness, is a clear indication of their lack of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. This has been one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I have ever encountered with an online platform.
I implore anyone considering using InLifeHousing.com to think twice and explore other options. My hope is that by sharing my experience, others can avoid the anguish and inconvenience that I had to endure. InLifeHousing.com has shown a complete disregard for its customers, and I would strongly advise against using their services.
Save yourself the trouble, and look elsewhere for a reliable and trustworthy platform when searching for housing options. InLifeHousing.com is not worth the headache.

My experience with renting an apartment with Inlife was really bad. Please avoid them, they will be really nice until you sign and pay where you will have no news if any problem after..
The apartment was clearly rented on Airbnb or via another website by the landlord which was never mentioned by Inlife. Sometimes we had random people staying for 2/3 days and then leaving. It was really inconvenient for a place to live in.
Inlife should of at least warn if they knew about it.
The landlord of the apartment that was supposed to be checked by Inlife asked me to pay for overnight guest (where in the ad of the room on inlife it says that it is free to invite guest / confirmed by Inlife when I asked during the visit of the apartment).
I would not recommend Inlife at all. Their customer service is nonexistent. After I paid the booking fee, Inlife never once asked me if it was going well in the apartment. Even during the covid situation, not one email from Inlife to ask me about my situation...
Please, check your landlords' apartment more seriously.

Hello, guys, be please aware of this scammer site. It seems to be very legit and probably they offer some real places mixed with scamms, which enables them to survive as long as possible.
The company has built an image that seems to be real, but
RED FLAGS:
- they offer a call with a landlord, I have tried more than 10 times with 7 different landlords, the response rate was: 0
- I revealed a serious SCAM!!!!!!! They give you a Landlord's name just after the payment, but I found him on my own. I showed him the photos of "students residence in Porto" and he admit that the photos are his rooms, but it's not a residence and he does not sell rooms online. He even didn't know Inlife. I revealed 2 scams like this, please, be aware guys!

I booked a room, payed for the booking fee and the first rent. To note, the booking got approved by the landlord. A week later I received an email that there was mistake on the website and the room that I have ALREADY paid for, was overbook. Okay, it happens. To get a reply from the customer service, you wait days and the reply is so unprofessional that it only makes the whole situation worse. The refund process started very very late, and to no surprise, the money (already with a delay of few days) still has not reached my account. Terrible service, would not recommend it to anyone.
