BEWARE!
I booked a room through InLifeHousing and the owner was VIV Housing. First of all, beware that you have to pay and additional 250 euros for the administrative fees on top of the booking fee of InLife.
Secondly about VIV Housing:
They don't respect their customers. In our 4 months stay as students we had nothing but troubles.
Maintenance always going on, sometimes without prior notice, and can COMPLETLY disturb your everyday life and they don't take responsibility and blame it on the landlord.
We didn't have a toilet for 2 days and water was cut off for 2 days on another occasion for changing the boiler. Other important repair requests are left ignored, including the broken toilet lock.
You are going to be disturbed by many visits by strangers and your privacy is violated.
They have no respect for the tenants and no shame for their actions.
STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF!

They were able to let me know which rooms were available in the building so I could decide which one I preferred. They also provided me with a proof of accommodation for visa purposes in a very timely manner!

very bad experience. Being the site recommended by Erasmus programs I trusted it blindly. Unfortunately I found myself in an apartment in Lisbon on the 19th floor where every space was only useful for having other roommates in order to have an extra income. On the first day no member of the agency (VivHousing) showed up, the room in which I had to sleep was dirty full of flies and without sheets despite having paid the 150 euro administration fee linked to the cleaning of the house . no response from the apartment managers because it was Sunday. The rental contract is unclear, especially regarding cleaning. The water in the showers was cold and the siphon was clogged for months. Very unresponsive and unhelpful support. Final gift: 100 euros deducted from the security deposit for having "overshot" the bills without showing me the actual consumption data when I was never at home. It is impossible to write a review on the inlife site directly on Vivhousing, almost as if to protect this terrible system for cheating people. If you can, try to find apartments on other sites or directly on site.
I recently used Inlife House, a platform for booking rooms, and unfortunately, my experience left me feeling frustrated and misled.
Here's what happened:
1. Misleading Deposit Information:
I found a room listed with a "trust landlord" label, and the information clearly stated the deposit would be returned on the booking end date. However, after booking and paying fees, I discovered a hidden clause in the contract (which I couldn't see beforehand) stating the deposit would actually take 60 days to be returned by the landlord company. Inlife House provided no way to review the full contract before committing financially.
Hidden Landlord Reviews: Upon further investigation, I discovered negative reviews online about the specific landlord company I was renting from. These reviews consistently mentioned issues with deposit returns.
It was concerning that Inlife House had no system in place to highlight such red flags.
2. Unresponsive Customer Service:
When I contacted Inlife House to express my concerns about the hidden deposit clause and the negative reviews, their customer service was dismissive. Their focus seemed to be solely on collecting their platform fees, rather than ensuring transparency or tenant protection.
Overall, using Inlife House was a negative experience. The platform's lack of transparency regarding deposit policies and the absence of a system to address concerning landlord reviews make it a risky choice.
Don't make the same mistake I did! There are better rental platforms out there. Find one that prioritizes transparency, informs you fully about the landlord beforehand, and offers support in case of deposit return issues.

While Inlife projects an image of reliability and convenience, the truth is far more sinister—a company that preys on unsuspecting tenants, particularly targeting students departing Portugal with the assumption that they won't pursue legal action.
From the outset, Inlife's corporate culture was steeped in deception and exploitation. We were instructed to treat customers as if they were easily misled, encouraged to extract as much as possible from each transaction, regardless of the ethical implications.
One of the most egregious practices involved manipulating students on the verge of leaving the country, exploiting their urgency and assuming they wouldn't have the means to challenge our deceit. This predatory behavior was exemplified by incidents where deposits mysteriously vanished, leaving tenants like Kinga embroiled in unresolved disputes and hollow promises.
Our directives from management painted a grim picture: prioritize profit over integrity, deflect legitimate complaints like Oliwia's with disingenuous responses, and perpetuate a cycle of exploitation and deception.
Inlife's response to customer grievances was a masterclass in evasiveness. Rather than addressing the root causes of these issues, we were tasked with crafting generic apologies and empty assurances, all while the underlying problems persisted.
The company's lack of accountability extended beyond customer relations to fundamental operational practices. Instances of misleading advertising, unverified listings, and outright scams were met with dismissive responses and hollow promises of "improvement."
Inlife's facade of professionalism quickly crumbled under scrutiny. Despite our efforts to salvage its reputation through superficial damage control, the pervasive culture of dishonesty and exploitation prevailed.
To anyone contemplating engaging with Inlife, especially students and individuals in transition, my advice is clear: steer clear of this predatory housing platform. The short-term convenience is not worth the long-term consequences of dealing with a company that operates with such callous disregard for basic decency and transparency.

We rented a room through this site on recommendation unfortunately we were very disappointed. The room turned out to be completely different as well as the whole apartment despite assurances from people on the site that there were never any problems with this landlord and that it is 100% safe. We decided to stay in this apartment, where during our stay there were a lot of problems like a flooded wall through a cracked roof, etc. Upon our return, we waited a very long time for the return of the deposit from the landlord and contacted the party that we could not contact the landlord. We got feedback to keep trying and they will also try to contact - nothing concrete. When the deposit was returned to our account, unfortunately without some of the money, we tried to find out from the landlord what about the rest of the money, what it was taken for, etc. We did not get an answer, so we contacted the site's support, where we got the information that they would contact the landlord and try to solve the problem so that it would be good for both us and him. To date, we have not received information on what the current status is and whether we can expect a refund.....

A Inlife é sócia da VIV Housing, as duas empresas são ruins e os apartamentos não são como estão nas fotos. As fotos foram tiradas há anos atrás e não condizem com a realidade.
Eles fazem de tudo para ganhar dinheiro em cima das necessidades básicas do ser humano.
Não recomendo, passe longe, essa empresa é uma armadilha.
