Inion Arts Omdömen

I’m so pleased with what I bought!
I got the translucent kit (delux) and a few extra tins of resin, I was a little worried about what I’d be getting as the photo does show lots of things but there wasn’t a list/description of what I’d get just for a little extra reassurance, but I’m so happy that it came with everything in the photo!
I will definitely be buying more but maybe have to wait till I’ve got a bigger list due to the delivery cost (which I know isn't down to the company).
I see another expensive hobby forming 😂.
Thank you! 😊

Your refund of part of postage showed honesty and I appreciated that. Most company's would simply have kept the difference.

Wonderful crafting items and quick delivery thank you

The company is so helpful , fast delivery , second time buying 😊 bought as a present for my mum for her birthday she loved it 😊

I made poppies during a week at The Manor House in Oakhampton Devon and I am now hooked! I'm looking forward to experimenting with the dips that I have just bought. The order system is easy to follow and my parcel, placed on 25th June arrived on 29th.
It was well packaged and the box plus the wrapping around individual items are perfect for reusing.

The kit came very quickly and is exactly what I had envisioned.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Great kits.
Access to the clear instructions was easy too
The hardest part was choosing from all the kits, I will be ordering again

Fabulous product, fast delivery, well packaged.
Brilliant after sales support, both by email and the Facebook group.

Very impressed with the delivery time. My wife is looking forward to making these to go with the roses that she made after Makers Central.

Delivery was delayed, but an excellent Email from Inion Arts to advise. Really well packed, with good presentation, Very pleased

Arrived on time, beautifully packed!

They had run out of one product. They offered a delay or send it without it. I was able to pick another colour, no problem. Beautifully and carefully packaged when it arrived.

Prompt response to order.
Informed that one item was unavailable prior to order being despatched.

As always prompt delivery and we'll packaged

You can't get better customer service in the UK. From initial order to fast delivery, knowing that Abigail and Melody are taking great care along the way with my order, especially when its a last minute order for a workshop, gives a huge sense of relief. This is a brilliantly run, friendly family business, selling excellent products for crafters.

I ordered dipping resin, wire and a wool block. The parcel arrived in under 48 hours, with each part well-wrapped in recyclable packaging. Everything was as I wanted and the products are good quality.
